I used Puff n Stuff for an office happy hour event we were having for our Board of Directors on 5/8/24. Although the food was good, I am really disappointed at how they didn't send sufficient food for what we were charged. My order was the displayed Hors D'oeuvres for 45 people. What we got was not enough to feed 45. We ended up getting 3 trays (see pic) each tray you can say came out to about $425 each since we were charged $1,300 for entire order. When I called them to ask if perhaps they had missed something, the response was "the chef said this was enough food for 45 people". I am not sure how the Chef makes this decision but there was no way this was enough food. They didn't even try to make an effort to try to somehow keep us happy. Needless to say this place is too pricey for the food they give. Unfortunately, it is not a place I plan to use anytime soon.

They were incredible, very easy to communicate with. Brought all their own supplies, set up and cleaned up. Very professional. Brittany Davis was our point of contact and sherry and Arturo were there day of. All were wonderful!!!

Great service and food. They were hired to cater our holiday office party and they did not disappoint. They did everything they promised and delivered food that even my pickiest eaters enjoyed. They provide a complete set up and break down. All we had to do was show up. I really enjoyed the braised short ribs. They were so tender that you could cut it with a fork. No knife needed. The au gratin potato's were the biggest hit of the party and everyone went back for seconds. They even provided take away boxes and bags for left overs.

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING…read more Chef Kelvin Catering is an absolute scam artist. My bridal party booked with Kelvin for my bachelorette party in Jan 2025 for a special treat to me as the bride. The day before we arrived in Kissimmee for our trip, Kelvin canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. Obviously bummed but we understood that things happen and obviously Kelvin might have had an emergency and could not work our event that we looked forward to. But when he kept posting his work and posting on social media that seemed not the case. We obviously expected a full refund for what we paid for the service after if was canceled. This man dodged calls and texts for weeks until finally paying us back SOME of what was owed to us but now is refusing to give back our deposit. Remind you he canceled on us less than 24 hours before the event. Kelvin now made over 200 dollars on canceling an event. This is wrong and unfair. IF YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED OUT OF YOUR MONEY feel free to book with Kelvin.

Friends, this place is proof that compromise can be beautiful. Sweet meets spicy meets (meats?) savory. Every bite felt like someone dared a pitmaster and a pastry chef to create the ultimate brunch, and somehow they pulled it off. The only drawback? Ventilation. It's stuffy inside. Plan on smelling like a smoky glazed donut the rest of the day. PS. If anyone wants to bring this concept to KC, I'd like to be considered an early investor. Or at the very least, a highly enthusiastic taste tester. Holy hell. Brunch of champions.

Parking wasn't an issue either. As I walked in, I was greeted by who seemed to be the owner and a young woman. Very nice, lovely staff. Everyone was so sweet. My only issue was that they didn't have a good portion of their menu ready and it's mostly because they didn't have the gravy for their dishes. The ones we wanted came with gravy and the staff let us know they were behind on making it. So we pivoted and tried their prime rib smash burger but unfortunately that felt a little disappointing. For the price that it was, you'd think that you'd get a decently portioned burger or some sides with it but it was super tiny. And the bun felt like grocery bread, the type you can get for a home bbq. It was still delicious but rather disappointing at the same time. We ended up having to order a third dish just to feel satisfied and at least it was very good. The bowls are worth it, maybe not the burger but the bowls for sure! I also snagged up a donut and truthfully that is one of the best donuts I've ever had. Another downside to this spot and why I didn't give it a 4 star is because how slow the service was. We watched a whole family get up and leave because it was taking so long, I actually felt bad for the staff and owner. The place has great tasting food, just needs a little shaping up. Maybe someone who can run the kitchen as a head chef. Overall, I still recommend the place but just know that you'll be waiting a while and some things may not be available.
