    Such a yummy selection!

I went to an intimate wedding at Maitland Art Museum + Uncommon Catering catered the event. I'm sorry I did not take pics of the food. We were all too busy eating. You could tell bc we all stopped talking and started tasting everything, then we all started commenting on it all. The food was elegant, light, delightful and "fleek" or what I call completely on point. The salad had a light but tasty dressing that paired perfectly with the salmon and fresh veggies. The veggies were delightfully seasoned and cooked to perfection. The steak went well with the salmon and was tender and lightly seasoned, accompanied by the creamy smooth tortellini. The buffet meal for a wedding of 30 was simply exquisite! Everything was expertly executed with surprising flavor, freshness and elegant presentation. We all went up for seconds and thirds. Service was impeccable, swift, friendly and responsive. Best compliment I could give is I would gladly call them if I got married in Orlando.

Uncommon Benedict ~corn cakes, topped with poached eggs and pernil style roast pork shoulder, tomatillo hollandaise, cilantro and onion

We had the most amazing brunch from Uncommon Catering and Eatery... I've been wanting to try the Uncommon Benedict and let me tell you, it does not disappoint! You have to try it if your in mood for breakfast. The pork was amazing , the eggs were perfectly perfect and the corn cakes and hollandaise were absolutely out of this world!!! It's a brunch party in your mouth!! Every single thing I've ever tried from Uncommon was amazing so you can't go wrong if you chose something else but definitely give them a try and you'll go back again and again. I first experienced their food at a wedding they catered and I must say their set up, food and staff really were all amazing as well.

So I tried this today and boy am I glad I did. I have seen them mentioned on social media often and with work had to stop by, so I figured it was a great time to try them. I ordered the Chicken Curry Salad and i got the empanadas as well which normally come 4 per order, but I wanted to try both the beef and zucchini (which I have never seen done and was interested in trying), so I asked if I could do 2 and 2, and they did it. So once I got visually everything looked incredible! The portions are also a good size for the price. I tried the zucchini empanada 1st and OMG it was like biting into a cheesey cloud of heaven! The cheeses they use are delicious and well balanced and you can still slightly taste the zucchini, but I was blown away by how good this was. Then I tried the beef empanada (comes with a jalapeño sour cream to dip - and it has a kick! Lol) and the flavors of the beef were great like the slow simmered the beef for hours. The chicken curry salad has to be one of my favorites so far from anywhere, the combination of the curry with the toasted coconut, crushed peanuts, strawberries, and raisins has my mouth doing a happy dance. I will definitely be back to try more!

Great service would be an understatement. They coordinated everything and took care of all my needs just based off of a few meetings/messages. Their staff at the event were so great and truly added to a wonderful atmosphere. Also if you're on the fence about adding a charcuterie table, go for it because it looked incredible. Couldn't be more happy with the job they did at my wedding. Thank you for making my day even better!

Roasted Pork Sandwich with provolone, broccoli rabe, and banana peppers.

I had seen a photo of the Pork Sandwich here in a Facebook group, and had been thinking about trying it ever since. Roasted Pork, with melted provolone cheese, broccoli rabe, and banana peppers with au jus. This has to be one of the best sandwiches I have had in the Orlando area! The flavor was just phenomenal! Also took some Beef Empanadas home for dinner later so I don't have to cook. They smelled delicious the whole way driving home! The restaurant has some limited hours, but they have a 2 for 1 happy hour from 2-4pm when they close. They offer an eclectic menu, that looks fantastic! I know I want to eat my way through the whole menu, but it is going to be hard to go back and pass up that pork! It was truly memorable!

I've been curious about this place, and after seeing a post by a foodie page I follow, I made a point to go check them out. I ordered the pork shoulder sandwich and their fries. The sandwich was delicious! It's sliced her-roasted pork with broccoli rabe, provolone, banana peppers, and provolone cheese on a toasted hoagie with au jus. I usually don't care for banana peppers, but I wanted to get the full experience and try it as-is. It was really flavorful. You could really taste all the seasoning of the meat, and a dip of the au jus added a nice touch. The Moroccan fries with spices, basil, and Parmesan were also quite tasty. They tasted very fresh, and they also came with a ketchup (I think) that seemed to be made from scratch too. It had a distinct flavor--a little sweeter and fancier than regular table side ketchup. Prices are fairly reasonable especially considering the quality of the food. The atmosphere is also cute. I took my order to-go, but they offer a nice, cozy, and stylish seating area.

I can't recommend Uncommon enough. The food is AMAZING. I tried both empanadas and can't decide which one is my favorite. The beef empanadas came with a delicious dipping sauce and the zucchini filling in the others was mouthwatering. I also got to try a sample of the chicken curry salad and it was so flavorful. The Oreo cupcake was the perfect amount of sweet. Aside from the delicious food, the decor and atmosphere was hip and chic. Customer service was excellent and I will definitely be returning very soon.

YUM! So happy they opened in the neighborhood. It's counter service but has a nicer atmosphere & service than most sit down restaurants. The space is so beautiful and comfortable. You can come in just to grab something to go or enjoy your meal at the restaurant. You get food that is fresh and tastes like its prepared just for you. I've loved everything I've had so far but the crab cakes & tenderloin sandwich are my favorite. Icing on the cake is that this restaurant is privately owned by a local couple who has a successful catering business. Fortunately for us they opened a restaurant too so we can have access to their delicious food more often! (BTW my mediocre iPhone 6 pictures do not give this place justice).

This is the place to go for lunch. All the food is top notch and chef inspired. The chef is on premises at least she was when I was there. The Baowie-Wowie was AMAZING. The crab cakes were delicious, too. Do yourself a favor and check this place out.

    Amazing!

If you've ever been to Philly than you have most likely heard of or had a roast pork sandwich from Di'Nics. It is hands down one of the most unique and flavorful sanchwiches I have ever had. I was so excited when I found out that Uncommon Catering offers a version similar. I finally was able to stop by and give it a try. The place was quiet when I arrived. I was greeted right away and placed my order with ease. My order was togo and I couldn't wait to get home and dig in. I was so impressed by how good their version was. Roasted pork, sharp provolone, broccoli rabbe, and banana peppers all on the most perfect roll. It was so full of flavor and one of the best sandwiches I have ever had in Orlando. Although it did remind me a little of the famous sandwich in Philly, this one had a flavor profile of its own. My mouth is watering just thinking about how good it was. If you are looking for something a little different, I highly recommend this sandwich!

Vegan Halloween Wedding - Absolutely hit it out of the park!…read more My brother enlisted me to help him find a vegan caterer for his Wedding on Halloween and I'm so grateful I found Arthur's. I had reached out to a couple of caterers in the area prior with the only requirement being the food had to be 100% vegan (very important to my brother and his bride). Every other caterer I spoke to pushed back on this and tried to get us to consider at least vegetarian (I think it might have been because they were intimidated by planning that type of menu?) but not Arthur's. Patty was our coordinator and she was a delight to work with - responsive, accommodating and put our minds at ease. The food itself was phenomenal! During cocktail hour there was a harvest table with all kinds of dips, roasted veggies, and a vegan sausage. They also had passed h'orderves which included a falafel, polenta cake and spring rolls which were to die for! The staff kept the plates coming so guests were never without something to munch on while enjoying drinks. At dinner there were 3 stations: 1.) americana/BBQ (buffalo cauliflower, jackfruit sliders, mac and "cheese", collard greens) 2.) Wok/Stir fry (tofu, rice, veggies, spicy sauce) 3.) Italian (eggplant rolitini, creamy veggie pasta, rolls) And then there was a late night snack! mini black bean burgers to satisfy the late night dancing and drinking craving. Needless to say no one went hungry and while this was a fully vegan menu there were only about 7 actual vegans at the whole wedding, yet the entire guest list raved about the menu. I can't recommend Arthur's highly enough. Thank you to Patty and her staff for an amazing night and for making my brother's wedding so delicious and so special!

My bridal party booked with Kelvin for my bachelorette party in Jan 2025 for a special treat to me as the bride. The day before we arrived in Kissimmee for our trip, Kelvin canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. Obviously bummed but we understood that things happen and obviously Kelvin might have had an emergency and could not work our event that we looked forward to. But when he kept posting his work and posting on social media that seemed not the case. We obviously expected a full refund for what we paid for the service after if was canceled. This man dodged calls and texts for weeks until finally paying us back SOME of what was owed to us but now is refusing to give back our deposit. Remind you he canceled on us less than 24 hours before the event. Kelvin now made over 200 dollars on canceling an event. This is wrong and unfair. Friends, this place is proof that compromise can be beautiful. Sweet meets spicy meets (meats?) savory. Every bite felt like someone dared a pitmaster and a pastry chef to create the ultimate brunch, and somehow they pulled it off. The only drawback? Ventilation. It's stuffy inside. Plan on smelling like a smoky glazed donut the rest of the day. PS. If anyone wants to bring this concept to KC, I'd like to be considered an early investor. Or at the very least, a highly enthusiastic taste tester. Holy hell. Brunch of champions.

Parking wasn't an issue either. As I walked in, I was greeted by who seemed to be the owner and a young woman. Very nice, lovely staff. Everyone was so sweet. My only issue was that they didn't have a good portion of their menu ready and it's mostly because they didn't have the gravy for their dishes. The ones we wanted came with gravy and the staff let us know they were behind on making it. So we pivoted and tried their prime rib smash burger but unfortunately that felt a little disappointing. For the price that it was, you'd think that you'd get a decently portioned burger or some sides with it but it was super tiny. And the bun felt like grocery bread, the type you can get for a home bbq. It was still delicious but rather disappointing at the same time. We ended up having to order a third dish just to feel satisfied and at least it was very good. The bowls are worth it, maybe not the burger but the bowls for sure! I also snagged up a donut and truthfully that is one of the best donuts I've ever had. Another downside to this spot and why I didn't give it a 4 star is because how slow the service was. We watched a whole family get up and leave because it was taking so long, I actually felt bad for the staff and owner. The place has great tasting food, just needs a little shaping up. Maybe someone who can run the kitchen as a head chef. Overall, I still recommend the place but just know that you'll be waiting a while and some things may not be available.
