I was given assurances that corrective action would be taken, but there was no follow-through. For a business that serves a largely Black customer base, this lack of accountability is concerning. I encourage others to consider this when choosing where to spend their money.

I asked them about returning the devices (I've spent around $150 here in 1 month since I'm relatively new to vaping) and they have a strict no return/exchange policy, according to the person I was speaking with, because its a "tobacco product". I decided to go to Vaporider down the road, and explained that I'm looking for a reliable battery system and explained my issues, and they directed me towards a vaporizer that has actually worked AND because they knew I was concerned with the issues I had from my previous 2 items, said that I was free to return the device within 30 days if it did not live up to my standards. Long story short, this place has a terrible customer service policy (not blaming the employees on this one) and employees that are not well versed in products.
