All questions were answered with one syllable words. Finally, with the lack of information, I was still able to choose two pairs of shoes. When the young man came back with the shoes, he dropped both pairs on my seven-year-old grandson's lap and walked away. The lack of customer service and consideration was mind-boggling. We're from California and I've been to many Dick's Sporting Goods, but never have I had the rudeness and disrespect that I experienced at this store. On top of that they had very few choices of soccer shoes for young male children. Needless to say, I won't be back to that location.

They make shopping an experience and this time it was possibly a manager (tall, long curly hair). She was simply fabulous. I set off the alarms as I walked in the door and she knew something was off. She approached me and I explained my crappy story of being mailed things with security tags on them. She went out of her way to be sure I found a winter coat that fit and I liked and continuously checked in while i shopped. She is deserving of a raise or any act of kindness because Athleta is lucky to have her! Everything else was the best I've ever seen at an Athleta. Glad I'm a cardholder! Moreover, before this location moved a few doors down I walked into the old location a few days before they completely moved and it was 90% empty. I asked a lady at the front counter wow what happened she got an attitude and pointed to the moving sign that I didn't see posted on the back wall and turned her hea. This is a pattern of rudeness, unprofessionalism and terrible customer service. I have shopped at Marshalls for 15 years buying dress pants for work but I will not return again and make sure my friends and family do the same.
