I wish I read the reviews before ordering online. I ordered a hoodie I from a brand that's hard to get, they had it in stock and it was on sale so I thought why not. I'm 5'6 so I'm a medium at most and that's what I ordered. When it arrived it was a XXL and thought the brand shipped the wrong item and they'll make it right. Sent an email explaining the issue, they asked for an order number, gave it to them. They must have figured out yes it was their fault, and now have ignored my follow ups. Super disappointed and not a trustworthy business. Will be dealing this with my bank and the Better Business Bureau). If they fixed the issue they have a sweater back at least, now chase will just refund the money and they don't get the sweater back. Unethical practices and terrible customer service! I ordered 3 kid Jordans at the same time to take advantage of one shipping charge but they only shipped out 2 pairs without notifying us which defeats the purpose of buying them all together to save on shipping costs and to add insult to injury, one of the Jordans didn't come with it's original box/wrapping which caused scuffing all over the leather from bouncing around in a generic, improperly sized box during shipping. If they were upfront and notified me about the incomplete order and the missing boxes and accessories, I would have obviously just cancelled the order and order from somewhere else but they shipped out the botched package anyways. I contacted them and they assured me they would look for the 3rd pair or "take care of me" for the issues. After some more back and forth, their only resolution was for me to ship the shoes back to them but they refuse to refund the original cost of shipping the shoes to me even though they botched the whole entire thing. So they wasted all my time and won't even refund the original cost of shipping i paid to have the order sent to me even though they messed it up. read more

Its worth coming here because their prices are competitive, they got the best deals, and have a huge selection. They are loaded and have constant shipment of sneakers coming in. I called the store several times to get a silly young man, saying can u call back in a half hour . He said he couldn't check to see if the shoes was there bcuz it was too far! I called back and he said the shoes were there but they were on hold and he couldn't sell them until 5. Prices vary by customer. Went here for the first time over the weekend because online they constantly ship the wrong orders And don't like to refund. the lady working tried to help me find a outfit, she placed at register it was marked on sale when she rang me up to swipe my card it was over priced, the guy working I'm assuming was a manager didn't want to honor the price even tho I spent 120$ on an outfit for my fiancé. Didn't like the customer service will continue to shop at the villa or city man at briarwood mall for the same clothing but cheaper.
