The texture of the eggs was awesome, and the bacon being chopped up throughout was really nice because it was far easier to eat than having to chew through full slices and break them up. The sriracha adds a really pleasant dimension and flavor and the Malasada was a nice change of pace, no matter how much I love a fresh Kaiser roll. He's a pro. I recall visiting some Waffle Houses in Lancaster and even Ohio, and I didn't like the ambiance; however, this one is clean!
