She carries pieces in all sizes. I saw XS through 5X in the store with more than one each. the prices seemed very reasonable for what you were purchasing. The store smelled and appeared clean. the owner welcome me in and then let me shop- no hounding or frequent inquiries. I don't find anything for myself today, but I was charmed by her shop and mission. I wish I was local so I could peruse regularly.

We were looking at items in the store when the woman sternly stated "this is the end of the aisle for our store!" I looked at my husband to see if he drifted somewhere outside of the typical store but he was beside me. We both looked at each other very confused and started walking toward the door. She then stopped us and said "we have been in business for 40 years and do not let TOURISTS go to the part of the store with bed linens. This part is really just by appointment only." There was no signage stating this and the store is simply a rectangular shape with displayed product from front to back of the store. This was the first stop in Mystic for this TOURIST--and left a very bad first impression. Funny enough I was considering buying an item before this interaction--no thank you!

I have previously purchased one of these as a souvenir gift for a friend. While this store has many beautiful items, there is a good amount of items that are a bit outdated. They had a nice assortment of scarfs, gloves, coasters, SteamPunk-style lamps, kids clothing, hammocks (canvas style), throws, and candles. The owner even asked our opinion on stocking the shelves with additional items which showed she cared what her clientele wanted. We purchased a couple of items and went on our merry way. I think this place has huge potential and expanding some of the offerings will make this place a go to stop for us for not only our own collection but for gifts as well.
