A little overwhelming at first until someone like Caleb comes over to help you out then you can sit back chill and get taken care of with a positive and professional attitude towards what your needs are. I'm just starting out vaping and wanted to learn more of the differences between tanks and RDAs and Caleb was on point with all of it. At the end of all of it he ended up setting me up with some DotMod coils, some cotton, and walked me through the installation process and really upgraded my set up. The sticker read 5.99 but there was a sign underneath the 1 panel THC advertised for $3.99 and under the one I wanted said 4.99. The girl checks me out and I question the price. She said it's ringing for 5.99 and I asked about the sign and say it says 3 panel for 4.99. She denies the sign. I'm like can we go look cause it says 4.99. She refuses to go over there and acknowledge the sign basically gaslighting me. She was like i don't know who wrote that sign but it's ringing 5.99 so it's 5.99 each. She was condescending about it and honestly horrible customer service through and through. Never going back. I got my first vape here ever since the customer service has gone into free fall and today was the last straw. The manager, Neal, decided that the best way to handle a uterine cancer survivor asking to use the restroom was to berate her and than imply that she must be on her period. Several of the employees there have been so understanding about my condition and the fact that when I need to go it's sudden and urgent. Neal tersely pointed out that they "have no restroom" and when I tried to explain and say I've been allowed to use it before due to my condition he interrupted me and asked pointedly if I was bleeding! Who does that!?! He refused to apologize for insinuating that I was on my menstrual cycle and tried to pass it off as though it were my fault for having misconstrued his intent even though my husband said he caught the same implication. I left crying and feeling so ashamed and violated. What an awful experience. I'm filing a complaint with there corporate center and never coming back!
