Once I arrived and was getting checked in I noticed that the lady at the front desk was terribly sick. I was shocked that such a sick person would come to work to check in patients, especially at a medical clinic. However, this wasn't my main concern with this clinic. The doctor I was seeing was Dr. Rodgers. When she entered into the room, she simply stated "My name is Dr. Rodgers, what can I do for your today?" No smile and no handshake; she was very dry and serious. Every time I asked her a question, she would respond as if she was irritated and annoyed of me. It was such an unfortunate experience that at times, I considered getting up and leaving because I felt so uncomfortable. Even my husband, who was with me and who is also a doctor, was astonished by her terrible bed-side manners and poor attitude. Instead of discussing my concerns or explaining why I was having those specific symptoms (despite my attempts of asking and her annoyed, short responses), she simply prescribed some medications and sprays. It was as if she was trying to meet a quota and needed to rush me out of there. Despite what the representative stated when scheduling my appointment, Premera has now indicated that they will only cover a portion of this $500 visit and that I will be responsible for the remaining $300 or so. If I had known that the visit would be so costly and for such a terrible and useless experience/appointment I would not have scheduled it. I would not recommend visiting this clinic.

I was in a deep, deep depression for the year and a half after the botched job, and Dr. Lamberti was able to provide exactly what he said he would. Unlike other plastic surgeons, he doesn't keep a pretentious office or surgery center, it seemed to be a regular hospital but the quality of his work is much better than the flashy practices. He also doesn't get overly personal with patients and sticks to business in a friendly way which I respect. From my experience I would say you can definitely trust him, it is expensive but for me I got my life and identity back which makes it worth it.

In long After having a stroke last year, my lovely bride loses her voice occasionally. We came in for an eval and followed the signs to accessible parking. No elevator. Dr Litvack is on the third floor. Up the ramps we push, and over the catwalks and through the maze. Okay. We're not TOO late, and they honor the appointment. After a few minutes, the friendliest person in Snohomish County calls us back. Kayleigh must be high in the running for friendliest statewide, too. She goes through all the check-in stuff and she and my wife are chatting like old friends. Dr Litvack comes in, warm and attentive. Great listener, thoughtful in her explanations. She finishes the eval, changes an rx, makes a referral to speech therapy. Everything feels very expert and assuring. We have a follow-up, and I'm not looking forward to that ramp, but it's great to have her on the care team.

Needless to say we aren't tree huggers....it would probably kill us. Shots are quick, appointments are easy. If you're in need of an allergist...check them out. Becky Epperson (ARNP) and Krista are an awesome team, super easy going and compassionate. Waiting room is clean, cozy, and full of magazines, water, and mints.

Angela H. bad mouthing an entire practice of specialist that are board certified and so caring makes me realize she is very young and not educated on medical issues. #1. Angela certainly had a right to be concerned about her daughters hearing loss. #2 Hearing test was most likely not done by Dr Ashbach. Hearing tests are difficult for adults much more so for young children So accuracy could be questioned. #3 We must be assertive when seeking medical care. We need to inform drs if our insurance will likely approve or not improve a CT Scan. Dr.'s are dammed if they do and dammed if they don't. You asked for a hearing test Knowing Dr. Ashbach he would have done anything to ease your mine and be able to successfully diagnose your daughters hearing problems. When a billing department treats you rudely, there is a office manager for you there!

Upon arrival, I was shown into a room to do a hearing test. The woman doing the test was very kind, patient with me and thorough. I then saw Dr. Lowrey. It didn't take her very long to figure out what my problem was, she listened very carefully to the symptoms I described and checked me thoroughly. She was a great listener. She was patient with me expressing my feelings (and fears) and diagnosed me, giving me the specific directions of what I could do to "fix" my problem. I was very satisfied with the entire office, their staff and my experience.

I had a major medical issue in April. Thankfully my issue can be handled by medications. After I left the hospital, I established my primary care with Dr. Leung and (of course) asked him to take over managing my five meds. Well, since then it has been an ongoing giant hassle to manage my meds. Just about every month, there's another problem getting my refills. The team fumbles that simple task over and over again. It doesn't feel like they're on my side to help me medically at all.
