During this last phone call where I tried to reschedule my dad's appointment, she informed me that she would have to remove him from the schedule for multiple reschedulings. I informed her I could not do anything about the upcoming appointment, so he would have to miss it, and she said "OK!" and hung up on me. While it has been tough for me to get my dad to his appointments as scheduled, due to work or illness, I always call ahead and give as much notice as I can. I'll now have to look for another PT clinic, preferably one with better customer service. No issues with the actual physical therapists, or anyone else for that matter... just this one lady.

The only concern I ever had was when the young guy working there set me up incorrectly on one of my exercises, but I had no idea it was incorrect, until I felt like one of the therapist was shaking a finger at me for taking the lazy route. These guys are THE BEST. I have done PT pretty consistently for the last 10 years due to ankle…read moreinjuries (because I'm a klutz) and a spine injury from being rear-ended. I have worked with some very good PTs over the years. Zach and Stephanie are better! The care and attention they (and their team) provide is top notch, and they are incredibly knowledgeable. I have never felt rushed through my appointments, and have plenty of dedicated 1:1 time with my PT. Their PTA's, Damon & Svenja are just as amazing as Zach & Stephanie. Guiding you through your stretches & exercises, providing incredible support and expertise to make sure you're doing it right. As with any PT program, you have to trust the process. My baseline was unable to leverage a glass of water in front of me, and unable to sit or stand for more than 30 minutes without significant pain. Stephanie started me off with such tiny movements and stretches that I wondered if it would even work. The end result has been steady progress without any major setbacks, and the appropriate amount of discomfort. (You just can't avoid discomfort when you're rebuilding musculature) Stephanie takes into consideration my day to day life, how I need (and want) to function, and has tailored treatment to help me move through the world on my terms. All while getting closer every day to being pain free. The warmth and connection from them to their patients is felt the instant you walk through the door. I am confident they can help anyone. Over the last several months I have watched them rehab teens with sports injuries, middle aged folks with chronic injuries, and seniors recovering from surgery. Suzi was absolutely amazing and assured me that my neck would return to normal function and still loved me and wanted me back in a nice long committed relationship. She got me a list of exercises and had a bunch of great tips on working (ie, don't sit in front of a PC 15 hours a day and wonder why you are in pain, duh!) and I was in and out in 30 minutes. I very much appreciated how clean everything was, and they were great about making sure I sanitized and kept my germs safely to myself (and vice versa).
