Second, he consulted me on what maintenance I should actually do, recommending some maintenance I could push out because it isn't needed just yet (fiduciary advice I really like to hear because I can tell he isn't just trying to take money unnecessarily.). Incredibly poor communication. Eventually, they did the work (surprisingly quickly) and promised 3 additional washes and "refreshes". Again, getting them to come out and do the refresh work was very difficult. Eventually, they came out twice. In the end we paid $5,400 for their ceramic coating on a 27 foot sailboat and within 15 months the finish failed. Despite multiple texts and promises to repair the work, six months later they have yet to show up. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!

I paid half and was given a time from of 2-4 weeks. Supposedly they did most of the work around July 24th. I sent several texts asking for an update and finally heard that they had been to the boat and need to have the boat turned around to complete the work. I went out to inspect the boat on August 15th to find that NO work had been done. I texted Sean again asking for an explanation and received an answer on August 17th stating he would follow up with the team. Clearly he did not. I texted again on August 28th since I had not heard from him. He responded with a pretty stock answer with no timeframe so I requested a refund. Again no word. So I sent another text on September 3rd and still no response. I texted again today and was finally told I would get a refund. That is yet to be seen.
