Even though they no longer sell new Sea-Doos, they still keep a good inventory of Sea-Doo parts, which has saved me more than once. The location right in Lynnwood is super convenient, and their motorcycle showroom is awesome they always have a sweet lineup of bikes on the floor. She asks can we test this pointing to the object... no response he just stands there... can we test this? Now he says what is it? Simultaneously we answer "an ignition coil". He pauses a second then without even looking at it says "it's fine, ignition coils never go bad" My reply was that the last one did. Pause "yeah we can test it... but not today,... maybe next week" Why is that I ask? "cuz we're closing in 20 minutes" end of conversation. Tom notified me, as requested, when a particular model I was seeking came available. Tom facilitated a viewing and helped with the purchase negotiations. When,after a survey the boat was found to need a few upgrades -Tom stepped in and got the work done immediately. And at no cost to me. Took delivery today and Tom helped get the boat clean and sorted out how my truck would best trailer the boat. As a final gesture, he gave me two co2 fired floatation vests that I admired. Still muddy.... The back he didn't wipe the headrest and there was dog hair still on the top of the car he didn't vacuum at all.... He didn't get in the crevices like spoken about on his website..... Didn't bother wiping the headrest or the trunk of the car was dirty.... Needlessly to say it was a lousy job.... I left my car there for 8.5 hours... His excuse was he was by himself but I did make an appointment.. They wanted to correct their mistakes by giving me a wash and wax.... They corrected the interior detailing but the wax and wash again was not up to par. The son Kevin said he could get that done in 30 minutes after he already had my car for 5.hours trying to correct the interior detailing.... I paid $550 dollars with a certificate I could give someone or use it myself.... I don't know anyone besides my son and he doesn't want it .. I don't want to go back to this lousy company and will let everyone know it's terrible. Terrible service and a waste of time
