Pulliam Pools Is As Bad As It Gets Yall, I am not one to leave reviews. However, this whole situation has been APPALLING, and I don't know what else to do. Even moreso, I would hate for someone else to end up where I am now-- so hopefully this post will save you from ever using Pulliam Pools. I pay $220 a month to have Pulliam service my pool. I went to pull back the cover last week as it is time to have our pool back up and running, and I see this. The water level is extremely low, about half way down, exposing the plaster. The water is black-- you can't even see through it. There is algae all along the surface. I was absolutely shocked! I immediately reached out to Pulliam and they put me in touch with the supervisor, Nathan. I asked him what exactly I had been paying for when this is the current condition of my pool. He said they would make it right. 4 days later, I had not heard anything. I reached back out to Nathan who said someone from Pulliam would be contacting me. That evening, I got a text from Skylynn at Pulliam saying they would come service it--drain and clean-- for $1,200. I asked what exactly I had been paying $220 a month for (totaling ~$1,600 since this fall when the cover was put on). They sent me a copy of their terms and conditions saying a large obstruction would hinder their ability to care for the pool. I'm sorry, since when is a pool cover considered a "large obstruction"? A large obstruction would be a non-pool related structure that prevented them from servicing your pool that's not apart of the pool. Like a massive tree that's fallen ontop of the pool that they can't work around. Is a pool company not able to adequately care for a pool when it has the most basic pool accessory... a cover? No where in the terms and conditions does it mention anything about a cover. There has been 0 communication from Pulliam's end stating that they cannot adequately service my pool (put chemicals in etc). This company refuses to make right of what they've done. They have charged full price for a service they did not do-- for months on end. And how, they're trying to make me pay to fix their mistake. if I could give this company ZERO stars I would. Pullium built our pool 30 yrs ago. It as time for a full restoration including all new equipment. We also knew we had a leak. Naturally, we called Pilliam. Our dealings with them over the past 30 years had been great. Initial call to them outlined everything we needed. An appointment was set up. Their service rep. never showed up on the appointed day. Another call......he was 3 hrs. late. The pool needed to be drained & cleaned. We expected this. With a promise to call back to set this up never materialize. Finally, after my husband WENT TO THEIR OFFICE, 2 guys showed up, drained it & washed it down with bleach & UNDILUTED muratic acid. More unreturned calls to Pulliam. Finally, after speaking to 5 different people, Kevin Langle came out. We agreed that a full restoration was needed & an estimate would be forthcoming in "a day or 2". This was the week before the 4th of July holiday. Got a response to my email that he was out of town until the day after the 4th & would send us an estimate on the 5th. Never heard from them again. Today we began the $20,000.00 restoration. Apparently Pullium has more business than than they can handle. DO NOT USE THE COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. read more

Pullium Pools put our pool and hot tub in the summer of 2017 and we were told we would never have to worry about the flagstone. In the fall of 2020 the below happened. Because our 3 years had just passed we were told they couldn't do anything about it. I have never seen anyone's hot tub crumble like this. Pulliam built our pool. All of the spa jets leak, they told us to call a leak detection company. The heater wouldn't work in Feb and they replaced the main board. The heater wouldn't work in July of the same year, they told us they can't get parts for it. I found the part while the technician was still here and he said they won't work on it. You would be better served going elsewhere, Pulliam Pools has no pride in the work.. read more

Hired Pulliam to build a pool. They broke our water pipes, sprinkler system pipes and sprinkler wiring. Never said anything just buried it back in the ground. I found out when I tried to run the sprinklers. Pullman won't repair the pipes or wiring because it is not in our budget. They are now 1 month past the date they said they would be finished and aren't done yet. Plaster was supposed to be done today. They realized they forgot to do some of the tile work. Now they told us the tile that they suggested and we chose is discontinued. Plaster can't be done until the tile work is finished. Who knows when they will be done. 2 days before the dig, contract signed 1 month ago for 84 grand.... Andrew from Pulliam calls us on this Saturday morning to tell us our pool will be 23,000 more to complete the build.... We are shocked!! The owner called after my husband got off the phone with Andrew... The owner Mike and Andrew both threw our salesperson (Brad) under the bus blaming him for not being qualified for this project.... Brad was EXCELLENT!!! in the entire process.... communication skills were EXCELLENT... we had many many meetings at the office and also at our home to measure and discuss the project.. Signing a contract with this company and having a plan finalized for 3 months along with this entire process being 6 months... means nothing to the owner... he said we can either pay $23,000 more (2 days before the dig mind you) or he will send us our deposit and we will part ways.... Be aware of the "clause" in the contract.... Mike (owner) told us they can cancel the contract before day 1 of the dig.... RED FLAG!!!!
