First off the food is delicious! The food is flavorful without being too spicy. To me the spices and seasoning were perfect! I even had enough for lunch the next day. They don't currently have sit down service. However, they do have takeout and delivery! I had trouble finding them in gladish. However, I called and a staff member guided me to their location with ease.(turns out I was in the correct hallway but didn't see the room number). My food was hot and they were just finishing boxing it up as I arrived. I love that I can have India food at home without having to make it myself. read more

Love seeing what they will have on menu and when you order you get a sample taste of what they have to offer next. Deliciousness if you haven't tried Indian Cuisine i recommend you do! You won't be disappointed. read more

As a North Indian living in Eastern Washington this is as good as it can get! You get the authentic flavors and some classic Indian dishes. The chef definitely knows what they're doing and with the option of delivery its a very convenient and affordable meal. Plus its run by students and locals so you can't go wrong! read more

Absolutely delicious. For now there's one set meal each day they're open, which gets you to try new things instead of always ordering the one dish you know. I've had 5 meals, all amazing and different. It feels very nourishing, and one order is a lot of food! read more

Pullman A&Y cuisine is Pullman's only Indian restaurant. We are based on Ayurveda, Yoga, and Organic/Chemical free farming.

Established in 2020.

Pullman A&Y cuisine is Pullman's only Indian restaurant. We are based on Ayurveda, Yoga, and Organic/Chemical free farming. The owner is a student of Organic and sustainable farming and Compost at Washington State University and also comes from a farming family in India. She has seen and experienced the difference that a high quality, organically grown, and chemically free food tastes and wants to bring that to the Palouse region. Quality is on top of the list of the A&Y cuisine and we only use the best ingredients possible. Each meal can also be tasted for free to help you decide whether or not buy it. A&Y cuisine will also soon be launching its ready to eat Indian products following the original authentic recipes, from ghee (clarified butter) to spice powders and Indian snacks and more. A&Y cuisine will also be conducting cooking classes based on thorough knowledge of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Organic farming and the inter-connections between them.

Meet the Business Owner: Rinkal S.

Rinkal is a student of Organic and sustainable farming and Compost at Washington State University. She comes from a farming family in India where she has seen and experienced the difference that a high quality, organically grown, and chemically free food tastes and wants to bring that to the Palouse region. Rinkal has been cooking for most of her life and loves bringing high quality authentic Indian food to the Pullman and Moscow community.
