Because it would take us too much time to look up your chart. And - When I asked for help accessing my on line portal, she slipped down to rude. I'm thinking my tone of voice might be triggering this - but I am currently in pretty serious pain- and this IS a medical practice for seniors! Front desk attitude matters, particularly when you're ill or in pain. (I should add - when I came out of my appointment a different crew was on the desk. All were friendly, personable and welcoming.
