The space is huge and includes three floors. I spent some time browsing and got carried away with the available options. Once I found a set of dishes I liked, I pulled the store owner and asked if they could separate sets. He gave me a few options 1.) Buy the set 2.) Browse upstairs and downstairs for individual dish items to create my own set 3.) They would lease the entire set to me at full price and allow me to pay 20% so long as I return it within two weeks. This is a game changer! Having access to an entire antique mall to source items and lease them at a fraction of the cost is INSANE. This is definitely a spot I will return to for their great selection, stellar customer service, and flexibility for photographers. They even asked that I share the photos with them. I ended up creating my own little breakfast set and it was such a great experience.

When I asked why the payment was so low they said some of the items has some "light staining" and they needed to make margins too. They paid $40 for 35 items. Let's just say they paid me about $2.55 for just the Hannah Anderson and Mini Boden items. Easily $10 resale that's a nice margin (looked at prices when I was in store).... but what about the 20 other items? The clothing is really only for babies and toddlers. The selection of older boys clothing was sad to say the least. I guess I'll stick to the online consignment store I had been using THAT SOUNDS LIKE **REDUP... at least then I can get myself something with the store credit too. This was my worst consignment experience hands down. The owner Amy was arrogant, dismissive, and rude.

I'm very familiar with brands and how much they retail for. Considering this is a used clothing store, some items, in my opinion, were slightly overpriced. Note: They do have items that are brand new with tags but I'm referring to the used clothing. I totally understand they need to make a profit, so I decided to skip some of those overpriced items. I also like how the store is organized by size and gender! It was very helpful for me considering I only had about 30 minutes to shop before an appointment. The cashier who checked me out was very friendly. With it being my first time in, she was very kind when explaining to me how the Clean Out and Cash In program worked and how their return policy worked. The not-so-good: Upon walking into the store, I wasn't greeted but made eye contact with an employee. Not a huge deal, but a smile would have been nice. There's not a large selection of boy clothing. I wasn't overly surprised given every retail store (whether it's Target or H&M) has a larger girls section than boys, but I was hoping for a little bit more in the 18-24 month and 2T. I suppose it varies depending on what comes in and goes out for inventory. Overall, I'll definitely be back to explore their Clean Out and Cash In selling program and to look for more clothes for my son.
