Walked in and was greeted right away! Friendly staff, prompt service. Even watched as two new employees were trained as I placed my order. Order was exactly as I requested with lots of great dialog. RECOMMENDED I love this place!! The girls who work here are so nice! I went here for the first time last night after Fitworks. The smoothies are cheaper and really delicious! It's really clean and nice and bright inside. It was the perfect pick-me-up after my workout. I got the protein packer smoothie which was chocolate and peanut butter and overall delicious-ness packed inside. I can't wait to try a veggie juice next time! read more

My favorite smoothie spot if you're looking for quality fruit and flavor. The juice isn't super artificial or syrupy, and the smoothie flavors are a broad assortment from tropical to chocolatey perfection. I waited outside because the store today since it wasn't open at 9am. I got hangout in the 36 degree weather trying to get a ginger shot before my morning workout. When the girl walked up with her venti starbucks to then let me continue waiting outside. I was then told she couldn't complete my order because she had to wait for her go worker to arrive. If I was the owner of this location I'd be pissed. But what can you expect... this location has by far the worst customer service. Enjoy your starbucks! I wish I could have enjoyed my pulp! read more

If you haven't tried Pulp yet, what're you doing?! Haha! I love that I'm able to get a nutritious treat that has health benefits, fills me up and tastes delicious. I usually get the guava burner with energy, as it's my favorite! I've tried several other ones and loved them as well. The Kale Kapow is delicious and tastes so fresh. Come here at least once or twice a week after MMA training, always order the usual matcha match with their chicken ceasar wrap in spinach, super good can't complain, friendly staff and very fast on orders. Definitely a good spot to go to after a hard workout 5 thumbs up. read more

This place is just like any pulp I've been to. So happy that they finally have a store at this location so I don't have to drive to Kent anymore just to get their delicious smoothies. The only reason why I knocked off one star is because the taste of every smoothie is not consistent. I always get one smoothie in particular and it always tastes different. When I went to Kent's Pulp, my smoothie tasted the same every time no matter who made it. Here my smoothie is either too watery or just right. I'll still come here despite the fact because I believe these young girls can make it happen one of these days! read more

One of my reoccurring weekend treats. My Boyfriend and I love going on Sunday's for a smoothie and he always gets a salad and I get a wrap. Nothing ever disappoints. The portion sizes are not huge so if you are going for something filling order a smoothie and food item. We recommend the Strawberry Extreme. But I've tried others and all of the fruit smoothies have been delicious. I prefer them to include yogurt so the sherbet taste isn't too overpowering. read more

Great Service! The girls are really nice and work fast. This pulp location is also immaculate. Everything is super clean. I order wheatgrass everyday and for whatever reason the wheatgrass at this location is better than the Strongsville location. Pulp is way better than robeks. I told the worker that I did not want the dates or the protein powder and he said that it would be blended in and I wouldn't even taste it. They started making the smoothie and instead of peeling a fresh banana, they had what looked like pre-peeled bananas in this stainless steel container. They were scooping the very over ripe and mushy bananas from this container. Who knows how long they had been sitting in there. Had I seen that first I probably would not have ordered, but I felt bad canceling my order when they already started making it and it was paid for. When a smoothie was blended, it was so thick that the worker couldn't get it out of the blender canister. You needed a spoon to eat it and it tasted very gritty due to all the powder that was added in it. It was horrible and I ended up throwing half of it away. I was so disappointed. I will continue to drive out of my way to go to Fresh Healthy Cafe.

Smoothies are amazing! Very flavorful and tasty. Lines are usually not long, service is pretty fast. Although not too long ago they raised their prices which I personally feel was unnecessary. Otherwise they have a very large menu which also includes some food items, like wraps or acai bowls. If you have not checked out this location I recommend it.
