I ate here for the first time with a party of 4. We tried the wraps, salad, a smoothie, and soups. The spinach and Caesar pasta salad was really great, fresh ingredients, and just as described on the menu, really good salad. The hummus wrap was also great, just the right amount of hummus mixed with cucumbers, spinach, and tomatoes. Really yummy. We also tried the broccoli cheddar soup, which was super salty and unfortunately took away from the taste of the soup. The chicken garlic Parmesan wrap was also overly salty. The smoothie was very good. Overall the food was good but some of it was just way too salty. I would try this place again, and go for the salad. read more

Salads are good, but the service is terrible. If you buy online and pay online you should not have to wait 20 minutes when you pick up to get your food that is sitting in a fridge. The set up is completely inefficient. They should have one person handing out to go orders that are paid in advance. Stunningly large salad I was able to customize with a wide array of ingredients to choose from for a bit over 10 bucks! You don't get a bargain especially on healthyish food like this anywhere anymore. They have smoothies, subs, and wraps too. They carry Mandi Mae baking company cookies. I tried the cinnamon pecan and it was startlingly delicious. It was super soft and had moats of cinnamon sugar and pecan and was just all around a top shelf cookie. Must try! I hadn't been here in about nine years but I recently changed jobs and they often come to Salad KraZe for lunch about once a week. I decided to try the cheesy BLT pasta salad which consists of a layer of pasta, lettuce, cheese, tomato, bacon, and a delicious dressing. I got the small and it was humongous. It was very affordable and extremely delicious. I definitely will be getting this again soon. I also got the chicken paprikash soup. It was delicious! And another great portion size. This place is extremely affordable and gives great portion sizes for their delicious food. The week can be a little long around lunchtime so it might be a good idea to call ahead. OMGOSH WoW! Please chalk this place up under establishments I stuck my nose up at and now love! 5 stars all around! I was in Cleveland visiting my sister who lives in Westlake. We had eaten like pigs all weekend and on Monday I asked her if we could go somewhere healthy for lunch. She started looking up places and showed me a pic of this place. I took one look at the outside and said "ugh pass." (SHAME ON ME!). After about an hour though, I was getting hungry so went on Yelp to peruse some options. This place came up again and I saw the reviews on here. And the pics-- oh man that Caesar wrap looked amazing! I was sold. So we headed in at 2pm on a Monday. I couldn't believe how hard this team was working. There were about 5 associates and all of them were busting their butts. You would have thought they were catering a wedding or something. After standing around trying to figure out what we wanted, I quickly turned and saw that a line of 5 other people had formed behind us. (Keep in mind it's a Monday at 2pm-- not exactly peak time for lunch or dinner but it sure felt crazy busy in there). I told my sister I had high hopes-- this place had to be good with so much business! I opted for the Caesar Wrap with no egg or bacon. My sis got the BBQ Chicken Wrap. We took our wraps to a park in Bay to sit by the water and dug in. SO GOOD! It was everything I dreamed it would be! My sister let me have a bite of hers and it was just as good. We would not stop talking about this place for the rest of the day! My sister even took her husband there the next night. LOL! This will quickly become a new favorite lunch spot for whenever I'm in CLE. There are so many wraps I want to try. Best word of advice-- do not let the outdoor fool you (aka don't be a snob like me). Years later and this spot is my go to for delicious, fresh salads in the area. Favorite of all time is a still the Baja salad, but sometimes that's not the healthiest. The Baja is a treat, but the Alaskan Salmon is a close second and is incredibly healthy. I take out the carrots and add avocado. The in house balsamic vinaigrette is packed with flavor. Another good one is their Greek salad. I like to substitute the black olives and replace them with green olives. I also add cucumbers and chicken. This is another phenomenal salad that taste incredible but is also healthy. Kraze berry smoothie is still the best thing! Still need to try the wraps. Soon though..! read more

I made a build your own salad and was impressive by the portion size. I liked that I could mix greens with pasta. Additionally, there was such a variety of toppings. I picked a base of romaine and whole wheat rotini with chicken, apples, pears, mandarin oranges and grapes. I enjoyed the salad but have two small gripes. First, the grapes were huge and thus had really large seeds in them. And second, the chicken was your typical out of a bag, already cooked chicken, I would have loved it if it was a bit better quality and had better taste. I was I could say my second visit to Salad KraZe, was better than my first, but I can't. I ordered a build your own salad with 4 toppings and salmon. My husband ordered pasta salad and a wrap. They brought the order to our car and we began to drive out of the parking lot. I peeled inside the bag and realized there was no salmon on my salad and there was also no pasta salad included. I walked back into the store with my salmon-less salad and waited awhile before I was helped. No apologies were given for the faulty order or the inconvenience. They plopped some salmon on my salad and handed me a brown paper bag with pasta salad. When we arrived at home and opened up the pasta salad, we were disappointed to see it was just dry pasta. I had a great salad from here... 3 actually... we ordered the smalls and they were really big. I don't think there are enough salad places like this around. I actually can't think of another one.
