I walked into the store, up to the register, and was completely ignored. The worker at the cash register finally acknowledged my existence and said to wait one minute. She then went to the back and started washing dishes while another woman and I stood in line and waited and waited and waited and waited. She then came back and stated cleaning!?!? She never acknowledged anyone's existence in line, turned her back to us and just kept on cleaning. This place has gone downhill and fast!!! I don't have the kind of time to spend my entire lunch break waiting in line to watch workers clean when I am there to buy my lunch. Today 4/23/2026 I had a bad experience. I ordered a protein packer. I always add blueberries, probiotic and fiber in addition to the main ingredients. Some of the employees make it perfect, and some leave out ingredients. Today the young lady forgot to add the peanut butter, and chocolate so I informed her. Her and another employee looked at each other said something then she proceeded to add the missing items. The machine wasn't blending the shake because it needed more milk. I proceeded to tell her to add a little more milk, that became a problem. The other employee who wasn't making my smoothie had an issue with me correcting the young lady. I told them as a paying customer all I want is for my smoothie to be made correct. I asked for a refund or a gift card the young lady proceeds to say they are not allowed to do that. She also told me I don't have to come back to that store. This is one of the best stores, but some of the employees make mistakes and don't like to be corrected. I watch them make my smoothie every time, because I know it's easy to leave out items and it has happened on several occasions. I ordered online and waited 25 min at the store for my order. I then went up and asked someone about order and got scolded saying that "I need to tell someone when I get there or they don't know to make my order." When I finally got the order (45 min after ordering) it was subpar. Obviously, this makes no sense. Will not be going back to this location. read more

My husband had an allergic reaction after we told the worker to remove bananas from the smoothie. She didn't remove them, and when we asked her if there were any bananas in his smoothie she lied to us and said no. When my husband drank it he noticed the banana taste and ended up having an allergic reaction. This location has TERRIBLE service. The workers had no urgency to make our smoothies and it wasn't even busy. It took about 30 min just for us to get our drinks done... also they ran out of whole milk and just put oat milk in my protein packer without even asking us if that was okay. read more

I seriously love everything here! Staff is friendly and accommodating little things for me is awesome. They have quick chats when not super busy and always have a smile on their face when I get to walk in. My favorite smoothie is the Mango Bomb. I get it every morning and she makes it perfectly! Pulp is great when you want a options for a smoothie. They have so many different options and are very customizable. They offer substitutes such as almond milk and offer add ins such as green blends. The menu makes it easy to understand each drink and what you can customize. They offer three sizes: kids, regular, large. They also have juices! The workers at this location are all very friendly and helpful. When I came here there were a couple of people. The workers were slow moving when it came to making drinks. It seems they struggled with multitasking. One would be making a drink but also try doing another task. I ordered two drinks and found it took a long time to get them. I was even confused when the person who ordered after me got their drink first. The smoothies were very good though! I love the variety they have. They are one of the only places that make smoothies! The interior was very clean and well organized. The menu is a bit pricy if you are getting bigger sizes and depending on the type of smoothie. read more

I stop at this Pulp 3-4 times per week, and I have NEVER had a smoothie as bad as the one I had this morning. I get the same 3 smooothies all the time. Today I had Strawberry Basil w/ chia. It was TASTELESS! I was on my way to work, or I would have turned around and returned it. The mangoes were still in the bottom of my cup when I finished the smoothie. Gianna's attitude this morning was less than appealing. If she doesn't want to provide good customer service and a good product she should find something else to do. The new Pulp in Solon is finally open! Pulp is the only chain I'd consider frequenting if given the option. I don't really order the wraps or sandwiches but they have a handful of smoothies I love. If you've been in a Pulp before, you're familiar with the layout. As this is a brand new location, it has freshly updated architecture, furniture, and a pretty good vibe. They had fresh flowers on the tables and the place was totally spotless. Teenagers were strewn about in groups hanging out (its clear this will be a new hangout spot for them in Solon). I usually order the Citrus Berry smoothie, which is fresh squeezed orange juice, cranberry juice, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, raspberry sherbet, yogurt. I've ordered this at many different locations and sometimes it isn't made well. But here, it was! It had a great tart flavor and the service was shockingly fast considering how new they are. The staff was cheerful and seemed well-trained. For being slightly crowded and shiny and new, the high school aged gals working handled the line like champs. Overall, I didn't expect much from them for being so new, but they seem to have kinks worked out. I'll be back! read more

We tried calling to place an order twice and the staff did not bother answering the phone. We really like the smoothies however when we called to place the order twice nobody answered. I thought that was very impolite not answering the phone. Staff were rude because they did not answer the phone and I did not appreciate it. The smoothies were delicious but the staff were rude. I honestly think Please retrain your staff or get new ones. If you want a smoothie beware of this place and go somewhere else. read more

Pulp is my go-to smoothie spot! I like to start my day with a delicious fresh smoothie. It's nice to walk into the brightly colored Pulp and to always be greeted warmly. I never have to wait in a line or wait a long time for my order. My favorites are Island Cruiser or Tropical Blast. Island Cruiser has passionfruit-mango juice mixed with bananas, mangos, and orange sherbet. Whereas, Tropical Blast is papaya and pineapple juice combined with strawberries, bananas, orange sherbet, and pineapple sherbet. The secret gem is that enhancers are free. You heard me correctly, get one enhancer FREE! I typically get the Immunity or Stress Eliminator. Pulp is a ray of sunshine in my day! read more

Tried this place because it was hot outside and I wanted something cool for dinner. Glad I checked the drink sizes before I ordered because the kid's size smoothies are plenty big for me. I really enjoyed the Citrus Berry. I also had a Chicken Caesar Wrap which was pretty good, but ridiculously small for the $6 price tag IMHO. The place was very clean and the staff was friendly. I'll be back to try some of the other smoothie flavors, but will skip the wraps next time around. read more

It is 6:53 PM and I wanted a juice. The clerk behind the counter proceeded to tell me that they have already sanitized the juice machine for the night. Pulp does not close until 9 PM. What a horrible experience and terrible customer service. Pulp does not close for over two hours. Really? I have been coming here for about a month and during that time the wheatgrass shot machine has been down. I figured OK it is a small shop how long could it take but a month later (according to a Nother customer it's been almost 2 months) and still no wheatgrass. Now this. I came here for the first time a couple of weeks ago and was unsure of what to get. The staff was super friendly and asked my name and gave me some good recommendations. I have been a few times since that day and they greet me by name with a smile and the facility is always super clean. You only get 1 chance to make a 1st impression & Pulp in Solon failed. My husband & I were there just a little bit ago (4:30-ish). The really young counter clerk kept calling my husband who is old enough to be her father "honey" & "hon". Not cool. When we asked about the difference between 2 smoothies she mentioned that one "had some energy stuff". You know, "energy stuff". We asked what did she mean & she started reading a flip book to us. We ordered 2 different smoothies & as she rang them up she apparently made a mistake because right out loud she said, "Oh Crap!" Yes, we all swear but NOT in the workplace & NOT in a customer's face. We had a BOGO coupon. She told the other girl what to make & ultimately gave us 2 of the same smoothies which was NOT what we ordered. This mistake after all the talk about the one we wanted with "energy stuff". She apologized & said she was going to give us our coupon back & when I said it expires today all she said was "Oh". I guess she took the coupon but didn't even look at it or its expiration date & she certainly didn't offer to put an extension date on it & sign it. Our smoothies were only OK. The Orange Chill has 5-6 ingredients but all it tasted like was an orange juice smoothie. Disappointing. read more
