I figured I'd get a smoothie, so I used Google to find one! Luckily, Pulp was nearby so I stopped in. They have more than smoothies, but after looking at the menu, I decided on a regular protein packer smoothie. It was something like $6.75 and it was delicious. It took me a while to drink, which I found pleasing. It was thick and the flavor was consistent throughout. The styrofoam cup kept it cold. I've never been to a Pulp location. I know they are all over NEO and I'm glad I stopped in. This particular location is conveniently located right off of busy Pearl Street. I was surprised that I was the only patron inside the establishment on a weekend around lunch. Perhaps lunch isn't a busy time for this particular location. Never the less, the staff was friendly and the price was right. I paid only $5 for a medium (basically a large) strawberry banana smoothie that I was very pleased with. I will definitely try the Pulp location that is closer to my home very soon and I know based on my first experience will be a repeat customer. read more

It was June 15-2020-7:30 pm. I went to the Strongsville location and bought a smoothie the flavor was Pulp Passion and Mango Tango the smoothie was 24 oz. The woman that made the smoothie got the smoothie from a previous blender,she didn't even fill it all the way, it was melting out, and there was still fruit chunks. I asked the lady "is it exactly the size?" she said "that was all we have from the blender". They need to improve. read more

I frequent this location multiple times per week and have never had bad service until this summer season. Today (Friday, June 10th at 3:15), it was kind of busy, so I figured I wouldn't be getting my food for a couple of minutes which is fine. However, after placing my order (a smoothie and a wrap), the staff was incredibly rude. It seems as though a friend of two of the three employees came by to visit and say hi. The staff stopped working and talked with their friend for an extended period of time. I got my smoothie and was waiting for my wrap when I noticed that none of the employees were preparing any food. I understand the food service industry, so I assumed they needed to clean or take care of other business. The two employees kept talking with their friend while the other mopped in the back. At this point, it had been almost 20 minutes since I placed my original order. I went up to the counter and politely asked about my wrap. (In addition, I was never offered my receipt, so I had to show my bank account for proof of purchase). The employee I talked to was rude about the whole situation and then made my wrap. I thanked her, and again she was short with me and rude. I decided to eat my food there rather than taking it home, and what I saw just seemed so unprofessional. The two employees who were socializing with their friend ran out of the store leaving only one girl in the back. Through the window, I could see them run to their friends car. One of the employees returned to the patio area with a super-soaker squirt gun and proceeded to talk to their friends and socialize outside of the store. In their defense, I have no clue if they were on break; however with the amount of time they spent out there and by how they ran into the store afterward, I assume that they were still on the clock. As I said, I am a loyal customer and have been a huge fan of pulp for many years. But after the poor service I have been receiving my past couple of visits (including rude employees and under-blended smoothies with huge chunks of ice and fruit) I am very upset with how I've been treated and feel the quality of service and food they are giving is not worth the price. I'd also like to emphasize that I am not the Karen type who runs to yelp with all minor inconveniences. I am 20-year-old college student who has worked in the food industry for years. read more

Great smoothies every time! Brunswick location is the best as they are efficient and make great smoothies. I have never had a bad smoothie here and if there are ever problems (people I know who have dropped their smoothies or missed from Grubhub or Uber Eats) they're always willing to remake. I don't remember the name of my protein smoothie, but it had peanut butter, bananas, chocolate, almond milk, and a "fat burner" addition, not exactly sure what that meant. the worst experience ever. I am a former employee for this business and there is a lot behind the scenes that is just wrong. Ever since I started working here there has been a major ant issue...ants were all over the blenders, all over the counters, and on the utensils. The"manager" did nothing about it even though it was brought to his attention on numerous occasions. They would make us cut off mold from the vegetables and still use the rest of it.
