Oh yeah, your scan was good now that I had to do an after scan, but I had five dollars off and I couldn't scan it in the restaurant so she told me I had to scan it later. She said "it don't work." Not the best of customer service the place was a mess as far as I got there at according to my receipt I was there at 1 o'clock and almost everything was empty and I walked out with a half bowl at nine dollars. If I could use my five dollars and got a half bowl it would've been a half price on a half bowl but instead I paid full price for a half bowl of food with Not the best customer service and not a very clean establishment. Forget the ambience place was just a mess for being 1 o'clock and there was five employees there someone could've wiped down the counter. I think this is my last visit. read more

First time so I was asking a lot of questions and the servers were very helpful. It was nice to not have to wait as we got lucky between rushes at dinner time. It was buzzing there the whole time we ate though. I got a salad base (2 leaf options), w/ chicken (5 proteins), beans, corn, sprouts, cabbage, broccoli, kale, eggs & cheese. They had like 4 other toppings I didn't choose. Got teriyaki & yum yum sauce on the side. All of it was tasty. The chilled broccoli threw me off a bit. The food is delicious, fresh, and well-prepared! We love to come to this location. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only gripe we have is that the dining room temperature is always COLD! I've asked about this over the last few years and I think one time a worker told me they could change the temperature but it takes a while. Honestly it's too cold. I believe they have the AC that cold so that the staff in the kitchen is comfortable due to all of the heat but the customers that dine in pay the price. We know better now, and wear jackets when we go there but it would be nice if they could make it a little more comfortable to dine-in. read more

I wasn't quite sure what to expect from BIBIBOP when I strolled in, mostly because it seems like a healthy food trap disguised as a place I would normally stuff my face at. That happened to me once before at a breakfast place and I am still in counseling over it. BIBIBOP follows the industrial deco, fast casual Chipotle blueprint that so many restaurants have (wisely) followed. Being inexplicably adverse towards healthy food, I chose white rice, potatoes, and corn as my starches, with spicy chicken as the protein. Then I added broccoli, after which I was warned would cost EXTRA. BROCCOLI... EXTRA?? This is what happens when I try to eat healthy. I get punished!! For the record, it's a main reason I took a star off, not the only reason, but a big one. That being said, it was GOOD broccoli, but not extra money good. I added siracha and yum-yum sauce with some cheese, because... well, cheese. It was pretty darn good. Not going to lie, I really enjoyed it, despite the broccoli surcharge. So when we got home it was quite the bummer.. So my advice is to keep an eye on them.. It seems they there is a lot of people walking up on the line behind the counter and they get distracted and forget..
