I start backing up and another car pulls in and to the first window. So then the worker has to go to the window and tell that car to back up. I get to the 2nd window and the worker just walks away again. So I sit there for several more minutes and a different worker comes over to take the order. She asks if I want a receipt I say no and ask if I'm supposed to go to the second window now. She says yes so I pull to the second window. Then she comes to the window again and tells me my card didn't go through and can she have my card to run it again (mind you I was just told I needed to reverse my car to the first window bc that's where I need to pay now suddenly they can pay at the second window ‍)? I asked for a receipt this time- I'll probably be charged twice. She acted like it was the end of the world to get a receipt. I then wait at least 10 min for these smoothies when I notice the receipt doesn't have the booster I ordered added to the smoothies. When she finally comes to the window with the smoothies I ask about the booster and she tells me it wasn't on the ticket so there's no booster in the smoothies. This is a newer location and had hardly anyone there on a warm day- I guess there's a reason they aren't getting customers in.....
