Vans was open with 3 or 4 people in there and it got busy with customers around 7:30. When we came into the store we got a hello from a young man we would later learn is Kai and offered if we needed help to let him know. He went back twice to help look for classic slip-ons. They didn't have one of the kids sizes so he brought out an alternative laced up version. He also went back later to look for two Viper/Desert sizes for the kids as well as see if they had a 13 or 14. He did tell me that the 13s are limited but would look, which was nice. These were sold out online, as well, I would later find. It was nice that he would go back and check. The young lady at the checkout was really sweet and helped us as well as gave advice on the aerosol versus spray protection. Our kids will stain these shoes in a hot minute but if we can stave it off a few hours or days, it's worth it. She had mentioned that customers liked the aerosol can versus the pump spray.

After cancelling the membership we received a flyer in the mail and an email saying we had about $50 in rewards to use. Neither the flyer nor the email had any precondition for using the $50 reward for a very large purchase we had already made. I drove 45 minutes to the store to use the reward and was told that because our membership lapsed, we could not use it. I showed the sales employee the email I received saying the reward was available and there was no expiration date or precondition to use its. He said to call customer service to help me. The person I spoke to in the phone was entirely unhelpful. She saw the email and literally admitted that the email did not inform me I had to be a member to use it but said there was absolutely nothing she could do. I said there was, she could simply honor the $50 reward I already earned. She told me only the store could do that and the store told me only customer service could do that. I wasted 2 hours of my day, valuable gas money, and was completely screwed over. Extremely disappointed.

I'm so glad that they've recently added the True Religion Outlet to the Leesburg Premium Outlets…read more I've done some mild shopping at True Religion Stores in the area, namely Georgetown and Tyson's Corner, but the expensive prices have often limited me from buying as much as I'd like. This outlet is great because they offer the same styles and just as much variety as any TR store i've ever visited. I was really surprised at the selection of denim, jackets, sweatshirts, caps, and tee shirts available. Jean prices (at least for women) ranged from $129 to nearly $200, but anyone familiar with the brand knows that that's a great buy. They had a plethora of difference washes and styles so finding a pair you like wouldn't be much of an issue. I found a long-sleeve tee for $14 that I had purchased for $60 in a different color just a few months earlier. I also got a denim jacket with a built-in hoodie for $150 (originally $300+)! The prices are certainly fair for the brand. Customer service was decent but not the best. The girl that let me into the dressing room was nice, but the guy at the register was kinda obnoxious, but that's not too big of a deal. Luckily, I went on a rainy day which must have deterred a lot of people from shopping at the outdoor outlets, so I was one of only a few people in the store which was nice. I don't know how the selection is on holiday's or peak shopping days. I'd imagine it would be very busy, but my first visit to the store was nothing short of impressive. I'll certainly go back soon to get some jeans. If you're in the Leesburg area and you like True Religion, then stop by. You won't walk out empty-handed.
