We live on a farm and put the dogs in the pen so the package could be delivered with ease for the driver. Both my husband and I were home and no package was delivered. When I called Fed Ex customer service they said that the driver couldn't make it today so I asked them to take down that the driver attempted because that was incorrect information. I asked to speak to a manager and a woman from customer service (Norma) pretended to be a manager, but when I pushed it she admitted she was not a manager and that it was too bad that I wasted a day waiting for a package and it should be there tomorrow but there are no guarantees. My suggestion is do NOT use FED EX!!
