I later emailed my pdf and within a couple hours I received an email response and a phone call indicating my project was complete and ready for pickup. AND it cost less than originally estimated!!! He chose financial opportunism and evasion over basic customer service. A manager who refuses to take ownership of store errors makes this location entirely unreliable for business or personal needs.

Not only was the quality GREAT, the prices are reasonable and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. I was prepared to put in a huge order, but I had to contact them due to payment difficulties... They helped me from beginning to end with the order and made sure it got printed in a timely manner. I didn't realize they were running a special on photos, and I was fully prepared to spend what I thought I owed, but they let me know about the discount and then cut off a huge chunk off of my total, which was AMAZING as a small business owner at Christmas time. Absolutely going to come back here as long as they are around - nothing beats great customer service.

The technician, Dustin, thoughtfully called to let us know he was running a few minutes late, and he arrived exactly when predicted. He did a thorough inspection and magically got the oven working as it should again, without having to replace any parts. If he had been a less scrupulous and responsible professional, he could have charged us to replace a part unnecessarily. Instead, he left his contact info so we could let him know if the problem returned, with the plan to order the part then, and only then. Even though it was the end of the business day, he stayed longer to be sure the oven maintained its temperature correctly. Throughout, he was friendly and professional, a pleasure to work with. Although the business is located in Bloomington, they do calls in the Champaign-Urbana area for no extra charge. I'm putting BK Appliance Repair into my contacts now in case any other appliance issues come up.

No "What can we help you with?". Nothing. My brother and I wandered around and couldn't find what we were looking for and of course, no one came to offer their assistance so we left. Stores like Brunk's bank on repeat customers and local business but now that Teamworks is just down the road, they had better step up their game.
