What the staff failed to disclose was that the lounge was closing within about 10-15 minutes. Shortly after we entered, we were told they were shutting down the music, brcause they are closing at 0.00 am. Had we been honestly informed before paying the entrance fee, we would never have entered. Instead, we were left with no choice but to leave after only about 10 minutes without enjoying anything. Charging customers a full entrance fee while knowing the establishment is about to close is extremely unprofessional and shows a lack of transparency and integrity. Businesses should treat their customers fairly rather than taking advantage of them.
