Once the eyebrows are done being threaded, there is an optional cooling gel to be applied. My skin is sensitive so this helps with the redness and comes with a relaxing forehead massage. I've been getting my lashes done here and always love the way my lashes turn out. They're very thorough and don't rush to ensure that my lashes turn out the way I want. My lash retention has been pretty good too. They do require lash appointments to be booked a day in advance (no same day appointments). They also offer several other services here such as facials, make up, and hair. This is such a beautiful space and the gold adds such glamour. I was sad to see that they got rid of the recycling program in March and got a lot of bad feedback to be more understanding realizing that this is not something that the store is responsible for it's something that was nationwide and they could still recycle your stuff but just no free product, which is unfortunate but you know I learned this the hard way the other day when I came in to recycle and they informed me that they could no longer give a free product. I was sad to hear this, of course but I would not retaliate against a company for something that they have no control over. It won't stop me from shopping here. I still left to come here every time I am in the area I always end up picking up something anyways, I recommend you don't know your shade get color matched. It takes only a few minutes and they will make sure that you leave with the perfect color. They could also color match you for concealer. My favorite go to blush is warm so it's a bronzer and blush and one it's very pretty so I recommend next time you go in there check it out. It works for all shades and it's a very pretty color. So I proceeded to leave the shop to go home to get a closure I used before but then I said no I want a lace frontal so I went to the hair salon bought another lace front which was 13 x 4 came back to the shop and she said that that frontal was too big also but she continue to cut the lace completely off where are my gray in the front and the sides was still visible I asked her to put baby hairs in and she took the baby hairs from the frontal and slicked them back to my scalp ( l do that at home) with no curl in them at all. I asked for a full refund and she said I can't give you your money back because I provided a service I wash your hair I braided your hair I saw your hair. The refund l received for my disappointment was 86.00. If you want your hair press she is your person, but if you want a a lace frontal weave please go elsewhere.
