I had such an amazing experience with P1! He did an incredible job on my hair and was so…read morepersonable, professional, and attentive throughout the entire appointment. He really listened to exactly what I wanted and brought my vision to life perfectly. I had been searching Instagram for Punjabi-inspired butterfly haircut styles, and he absolutely delivered! I'm beyond ecstatic that I chose him to do my hair and I will definitely be coming back. What made the experience even more special was how kind and thoughtful he was about my hair thinning concerns due to stress and the COVID shot. He took the time to ask questions, gave genuinely helpful advice about what to discuss with my doctor, and recommended products that he personally uses and has seen real results with. You can tell he truly cares about his clients and their hair health. Highly recommend P1!

This experience and the lack of caring from anyone at this salon needs to be stated…read more The minor client came in for a perm service and brought reference photos showing the type of curl desired. The consultation included a discussion of the expected results, and we were assured the look could be achieved. The stylist recommended a newer perm process and presented herself as highly experienced in this area. The final result looked nothing like the reference photos. There was little to no visible curl, and the haircut was visibly uneven. The client was extremely upset, embarrassed, and disappointed with the outcome and broke down upon returning home and seeing this. When we returned to discuss the problems, the situation became far worse. The stylist demeaned the client for being so affected by the look of their hair. The. proposed fixing the admitted uneven haircut while the client's head was still wrapped in a bandana they wore due to their embarrassment. When I stated that I was not comfortable with that approach, she became defensive and repeatedly talked about how experienced she was, how she was a teacher, how accomplished she was, and how she knew what she was doing and shouted that we were treating her like a student. . . all because I refused to let her "fix" an uneven flat haircut while wearing a bandana. Rather than addressing the concerns being raised, the conversation became focused on her credentials and reputation. The interaction then took a very strange turn. The stylist stepped back several feet and stated that she needed to step away from this "unsafe" situation and pray for her safety. There had been no threats, aggressive behavior, or anything that would justify such a statement. We were simply trying to discuss a failed service and an uneven haircut. The comment was shocking, inappropriate, and deeply unsettling. At that point, the client no longer felt comfortable allowing this person to touch their hair expressing to me that they were scared. The client's trust had been completely broken and they felt genuinely uncomfortable and unsafe in her presence. The owner was made aware of what had occurred, yet there appeared to be little concern about the stylist's behavior or the effect it had on the client. We were later told to come back so they could attempt to fix the problems, but by then the trust necessary for that to happen no longer existed. We explained that the client did not feel comfortable returning and did not trust the stylist or the salon to perform additional work. The salon refused to provide a refund and stated that we would need to come back in if we wanted the situation addressed. There was also an issue with products purchased during the visit. We were charged more than $100 for three products. When we arrived home, only two bottles were in the bag. Despite the failed perm, the uneven haircut, the missing product, and the disturbing interaction with the stylist, the salon refused to provide a refund. Mistakes can happen in any profession. What matters is how a business responds when those mistakes are brought to its attention. In this case, we experienced a failed service, dismissive treatment, unprofessional behavior, and a complete refusal to take responsibility. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this salon. Photos, Video and complete text chain documentation available but seem to be of no concern to this salon.
