All I needed was a sink, faucet, and disposal replaced. Initially I was told it would only take…read moreabout 1 or 1 1/2 days and they had someone to do it. I received a bill the next day (which I paid) but it was not actually half of what was quoted, it was less. Hmmm. That's where it all started. I had to constantly call them to see when they would put me on their schedule. I got many reasons why they couldn't get to me. Finally they sent a new project manager to me and he took photos and told me the job was no problem. I asked him to send me at least two options for a new sink and faucet. But all I got was one for each. A week later, I still don't know when they would start work. Then I was told that I would have to order the disposal myself and that they would install it for free! What? This was because the guy who billed me did not include the disposal in my invoice. Weeks later, the contractor team finally came to install the sink and faucet; one did not speak English and the other could barely speak English. They removed the old sink/faucet and started to install the new ones. They told me there was a problem. What? There was not a hose for the faucet sprayer. So, I gave them the address to the local hardware store and they were gone for 2 hours. Then the project manager called to say he would have to special order the hose. When the contractor came back to put the faucet in, they told me they had good news, they found the hose! It was with the sink parts. Great! They installed the faucet and sprayer (although it was installed crooked). Then they attached the disposal to the sink before dry fitting it. So once they tried to put the sink in, they told me it was 1 inch too small. I told them to take it back and order another one. But since they had already attached the disposal it could not be returned. But they said they could "make it work." Once completed, the guy told me that it "looked okay to him." But it was not to my liking. There were gaps that were not addressed and they didn't paint the trim. So the project manager came back to work on it further himself (which he said was something they didn't like for him to do). It was better, but even so, my husband will still have to fill in spaces on each side where the silicone shrank. Then... they continued to contact me for the final payment. Seems you pay them and they take their time doing the job. But you don't pay them immediately and they get in your face. Oh well. Finally after 9 WEEKS, I have a new sink installed.

The quality of his work was very professional and my front porch looks presentable again. Jeff has special skills that added to the overall great quality. Their price was fair and I will definitely use them again in the future. I have already recommended them to several neighbors, who can see the work for themselves!

Through it all, Chris and Robert at Best Builders kept things going, under control, and guided by the quality of their work. There is no question that the bathroom turned out as well as it did directly because of the effort of those two men, obviously with the support of Best Builders itself. The quality of work is second to none, the attention to detail and making sure that everyone was on the same page was key to making our dream a reality that was better than we expected or hoped for. They were patient, kind, thoughtful and attended to our quirky needs without question or comment and thru it all provided expert guidance and advice that really made our project work for all the purposes for which it was intended, and look fabulous at the same time. I contacted ADD electric company to rewire the kitchen in my 114 year old house. The owner set an…read moreappointment and most importantly he showed up when he said he would. The quote was fair for the scope of work, he was not the cheapest but, by far, not the most expensive. Joe and crew showed uo promptly on the date we had set to start. 3 man crew went to work, one under the house in the crawl space and 2 others measuring for the wiring according to the drawings I provided. The crew was respectful of my plaster walls and although they had to make a lot of holes in my walls the work to restore the plaster was minimal. they took great care to only access what was needed. As my repair project progressed Joe kept in contact to see if we needed anything from him. As the various stages were completed we kept in contact to get an idea when it would be time to finish all the installs, plugs and switches. When we were ready for the final touches Joe came over on a Saturday and completed the job. he was booked the following week and made sure we were complete on time with minimal disruptions. Every day at the completion of work the crew cleaned up all the areas they had worked, even though this was somewhat of a construction site they were very vigilant of cleaning up behind themselves. All work and products were the best available. I highly recommend ADD electric for any size job. If you want the best, call Joe.
