Not too buttery, the cream inside was very light with a hint of sweetness which I enjoyed and the slices of strawberry balanced it all out. After I ate that, our drinks were ready to pick up. I ordered a matcha latte the first visit and wasn't too impressed. There was no sweetener added and the straws back then were paper and dissolved in my drink. I'm glad they have the plastic straws now so I could fully enjoy and the sweetener was the perfect amount. Not too sweet! I spoke with the barista asking if she enjoyed the tiramisu matcha latte and she admitted she doesn't drink matcha so she couldn't say which I appreciated her honesty instead of trying to upsell me. She was so sweet and did let me know a lot of customers do enjoy it. I'm glad I opted for the matcha again because it made me so happy with how delicious it was! (A MILLION times better than Starbucks!) Every time we go this place is so busy. There is a line but it's never too long and there's never an empty case of pastries. There's so much variety if you're feeling sweet or savory. I do want to try some of their cake sometime. Maybe next time!

Crave initially offered to credit my order, but all I truly wanted was for my best friend and her family to enjoy the amazing cookies I had ordered for them. Not only did the team make it right, but TJ, the owner of Crave, personally took it upon himself to deliver the cookies. My best friend's family thoroughly enjoyed all of the gluten-free cookies, and I was beyond impressed with the level of customer service provided.
