Delicious cookies!! The service was great customer service was spectacular. The smells are quite welcoming and very clean.

I stopped by Crumbl this week because they were offering a free dirty soda while introducing their new drink menu. I was excited to give it a try since I love trying dirty sodas from different places. Unfortunately, the soda selection available for the promotion was pretty limited. While there are a lot of options advertised online, only a handful were available with the free offer, and most of them contained coconut. Since I can't have coconut, I was left with the root beer option, which isn't really my favorite. Because of that, I don't feel like I got a fair chance to experience what their dirty sodas have to offer, so I'll probably stick with my usual local spots for those. Now, the cookies are a completely different story. Crumbl cookies are always delicious. They're huge, rich, and definitely made for sharing (or saving half for later!). They're one of our favorite treats for birthdays, celebrations, or just because. I have a teenager, and while flowers might not impress her, surprising her with a Crumbl cookie absolutely does. Ordering through the app is always quick and easy, and my orders have consistently been accurate. The only thing I'd love to see improved is the rewards program. It doesn't really give me much incentive to visit more often. Overall, while I wasn't sold on the dirty soda experience, Crumbl's cookies continue to be some of my favorite sweet treats. They're the kind of dessert that's worth splurging on every once in a while, and we'll definitely keep coming back for the cookies. read more

We visited Crumbl this week and absolutely loved the experience! The weekly cookie lineup included Double Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake, Snickerdoodle Skillet, Cake Batter, Peanut Butter Crisp, Cookies & Cream Cake, and Lemon, such a fun variety! Every flavor had something unique to offer, and it's always exciting to try new ones. All three staff members were very friendly and helpful, and we were in and out in about five minutes. The store was spotless, and it's always fun to watch the cookies being made fresh behind the counter. Visiting Crumbl has become a sweet little tradition between me and my teenage son it's something we both look forward to every week. Highly recommend for families or anyone with a serious sweet tooth! read more

This is my go-to cookie spot. The cleanest store and the sweetest workers. They should add the Benson Boone cookie to the permanent rotation, it's so pretty and the lemon in the dressing gives a tangy finish that I didn't know that I needed! LOL! All of the cookies I have tried here have been so delicious and more than enough to share with a few people. Definitely check them out on Instagram to get the scoop on the weekly flavors. read more

Crumble never misses! Delicious and fresh desserts with tasty and creative combinations. Don't sleep on the app, that's where you find the "secret" menu with a few things that aren't on the regular menu. It's also where you earn rewards , which you will need because this is a pricey treat. Service has been hit or miss at this location which knocked a star off. Mostly good but so rude today I just don't know that I'll return to this location. Great cookies, my daughter purchased 3 cookies and a cake cup. Unfortunately Crumbl's policy is to not provide a way to eat the cake cup. According to the nice lady working there it's company policy to not provide a fork/spoon to actually eat the cake with. That's a really unadvantageous policy considering that 3 cookies and a cake cup is just shy of $20.00 bucks. The cookies are great but someone please let the management know that they lost my business with this silly decision. The lady said that most people are advised to walk a few stores down and get a spoon from the grocery store. I'm sorry but I expect a company to provide utensils to eat their product with. When I arrived it was a super clean layout, I was greeted as soon as I walked in too. Since there was someone using the kiosk and the employees seemed busy with orders, I went on my app to figure out how to use the new crumb loyalty program. It was so easy, I just applied thr crumbs and decided to try the tres leches cake ft lotus biscoff. I had never tried tres leches before but biscoff is my absolute favorite so I had to try. I was no disappointed at all. It was so moist (even the part not soaked with milk and condensed milk!) and there wasn't too much whipped cream. Every bite was heavenly. Oops- went ahead of myself. After placing my order, I heard all the noises from their iPads saying I was here and ready to pick up. We even had a laugh that that order was for me even though I was the only one left at the time lol she was super sweet, showed me inside the box before handing it over. We love a good presentation! And then this is a pic of it once I got home and devoured it. Loved it! Love crumbl! read more

I have a mild to moderate obsession with Crumbl. When Sunday rolls around, you know I'm crying because their closed but scowering their socials for the next weeks menu. Every week there's a new rotation of 4 cookie flavors- a reason to come every week. The chocolate chip cookie is always on the menu and occasionally they'll have the sugar cookie on the menu weekly as well. The cookies are enormous- yes, they're high in calories, yes, but if you're looking for a low calorie treat go get plain froyo.....this is obviously not the place...lol Price is on the steeper side but in my opinion worth it. The cookies are extremely consistent in texture, size, and cooked level- I have never come here and gotten an over or under cooked cookie. Fantastic place for sharing dessert- like I said, these cookies are far larger than a normal cookie and they are DENSE. So 4 cookies for 2 people is going to last you awhile!! Ordered door dash to be delivered to my friend on her birthday. Driver had to call because they were already out of one of the kinds even though I ordered two days in advance for a morning delivery. They open at 8am and the time I selected for delivery was something like 9/9:30. Guess they can sell out quickly, and you're only going to get what's left at the time you select. Cookies were pretty tasty, though. The pumpkin was the least popular as they tasted a bit overdone. The tres leches cake was delicious! A bit pricey with delivery fee and tip, so I'll pick them up myself next time. read more

I go to Crumbl every week as long as I like their weekly flavors. They announce their new flavors every Sunday night. Also closed on Sunday! I do love the cookies however, I give them 2 stars because of the price, customer service and business model. They are very expensive. there's also like 1000 calories in every cookie!!! Because of the social media hype, they have an awful business model and customer service. If for some reason the store is out of the bigger boxes then they charge you individually instead of giving you the 4 cookie price all because of the boxes. Not the customers fault you don't have boxes, I'm still buying 4 cookies. That's just awful customer service. They can treat customers that way because of the social media following and hype though. It's always crowded and you self service yourself inside with kiosks and still asks for a tip! Crazy! They do taste good but I have to like all the flavors before I drag myself there. I LOVE a good Crumbl cookie! The Cottleville location is great, and staff is always friendly.

This place could turn into a real problem, once you try it! I used the app for online ordering and it was easy to navigate and they offer curbside pick up. I only had to wait a few minutes before delicious warm cookies were delivered to my car by a very sweet employee. I tried the peanut butter chocolate chip and the lemon poppy seed and both were delicious. The texture is just right! The geniuses have new flavors every week, so you have to go back. And ice cream. I won't be able to stop myself from taking a peek at next weeks menu! My only negative is that the bottoms of the boxes could use some wax paper or a barrier to protect the box from the oils. read more

A new craze in food has reached Cottleville. I went as part of a group here one night to see what this is all about. I assume most people reading this know about this new cookie concept but for those who don't, here you go: this store features two standard cookies along with four cookie styles that are available for one week only before being replaced by another four styles. The end result is a frenzy of loyal patrons who make there way back each week to try that week's specials. I believe we figured it to take 30 weeks to cycle through all the special cookies. The cookies are big enough to be shared. In fact you can buy a cookie cutter designed to cut them into even quarters. They are sold individually or in boxes of 4 and 12. Being our first time visiting and knowing others back home would be curious we did the 12 pack getting two of each. With tax and (of course) tip this was well above the $30 mark so plan on spending over $3 per cookie on smaller orders. But were they worth it? Don't get me wrong they were good cookies. However, I felt some were better than others. The chocolate chip and sugar type with frosting did not seem to me as anything better than what I can get at the local store. There was an Andes mint chocolate cookie that would be harder to find elsewhere making it worth going. Granted it won't be there next time but the unique creation may mean another style not common elsewhere could become appealing. This is a place of cookie addictions. I can see people going back each week the first time through the cycle trying the different cookies. True fans probably will keep a diary and rate them so they know in the future which ones, when they return for a week, are worth going back for. This concept is a fad which will keep many people, including myself, returning for awhile. I suggest looking at the website first to see what the specials are. If the unique feature that week appeal then go get it. If you find that that the ones that you seem most interested in are similar to the store bought then pass that week. My daughter heard about this place opening and wanted to go. So being the cookie eating dad that I am, we had to check it out. The cookies are huge. We tried the peach cobbler cookie and salted Carmel cheesecake cookie. The cookies are warm, and when you order they pipe the icing on top of the ooey gooey goodness. They are great. You could easily share a cookie, but why would you? When we ordered, the cashier told us they also had vanilla ice cream right now, but will have more flavors soon. Start with the negatives: Please bring back the 6 pack! It was the perfect amount for two people if we wanted to try the same one plus other flavors. Also one curbside spot kinda sucks, but I know that may not be helped with the lot layout just feel bad if a worker can't see my car as I don't want to park in the road. Positivessss I come here basically weekly because the menus are always enticing, the app ordering and rewards are worth getting/signing up for, the cookie cutter has been a game changer, the employees seem friendly even when it was raining for one of my pickup time (sorry!), Instagram updates for flavors/menu is great so I can read descriptions as well on Sunday, and despite how busy they are I've only had one week where they ran out of something I had ordered. read more

I wanted to give crumbl a better review so badly. But every time I order curbside at this store, my order's been messed up. One time I ordered a dozen and they didn't put frosting on all the gingerbread cookies. Other two times, they put the wrong cookies in the box. But since I'm usually in a rush to get to places (hence why I ordered curbside), I don't have time to rip off the sticker to check my order. I guess I'm just gonna have to go in and confirm my order every time now. The most recent mess up I tried to call the store. I was first in line the entire time, yet I was listening to hold music for over 6 minutes. Customer service online is amazing though. They responded to my complaint within a few minutes and even gave me a voucher to get the right cookies. read more

The woman behind the counter explained how things worked and was very friendly. I got five different cookie flavors to try, and they were all good! (Tip; buy a few and cut them in half or quarters and share with friends and family, unless you wanna be selfish. *wink*) From what I recall, everyone was wearing masks and gloves. The place looked really clean, as well, which is always appreciated. I will for sure visit Crumbl Cookies (any location I can) again to try other amazing flavors since they have new ones weekly (except for the Milk Chocolate Chip and Oatmeal Chocolate Chip, as far as I recall). This was the most terrible experience I've ever had at an Crumbl cookie. What made my experience horrible was the customer service. They made me feel like I didn't belong in there. No one greeted me are even smiled. When I asked a question they were rude and snappy. I remained calm and pleasant even thought I was treated poorly. Do not go to this location terrible experience. I love going to experience all the flavors of cookies I won't let this stop me. I just will not visit this location. read more
