Normally I love crumbl, and came this week to get my favorite cookie, the cookie is fine, however I was paying with gift card and cash so I went to the ordering area and waited there for 15 mins for someone to come up and even acknowledge me. The only way they will acknowledge your presence is if you do the kiosk yourself. The girl working on cookie boxing had a judgy look on her face and working like she had no care for her job. When I finally caught her attention to give my money, she didn't tell me how much my total was and looked at me like I was stupid. My sweet tooth has been out of control, and I think I've been eating these cookies on average once a week... not my strongest moments I will admit. All the times I've been to this location, everything has been very smooth. I order at the kiosk or directly at the counter, and the cookies are ready to go in maybe 5-10 minutes, depending on how busy they are. There are so many workers in there, and everything seems to run efficiently. The cookies also come out warm, which I appreciate. I like how there are new flavors every week, so I have an excuse to go weekly. I will say these cookies are pretty heavy, and some can be overly sweet. Some flavors are better than others, but all in all these cookies are good. My new all-time favorite has to be the strawberry milk cookie - it tastes exactly like that strawberry shortcake ice cream from my childhood. I almost bought a dozen to freeze. I really enjoy a good cookie so I only come here maybe twice a year. The cookies are extremely pricey although they are delicious. I wish that there was a cookie program so you can get discounts without spending $100 just to get one cookie free. The banana one was pretty good I got it because it was minion week and I really like bananas. The menu changes every week so every Monday you need to check to see what the flavors are. First off I am going to address all the whinny babies who are complaining that they were sold out of the cookie they wanted. This was not my first time having Crumbl cookies but my first time visiting Crumbl. I was surprised to learn this location is individually owned before arriving but it shows. I was welcomed by multiple employees as I entered. The store was noticeably clean, like, spick and span clean. The line ahead of me ran smoothly. The employee confirmed my order on screen, signed me up for loyalty points and easily talked me into investing in my own cookie cutter (very glad I did). I loved that they have each available cookie made up right on the counter making it conveniently easy to order. Another employee freshly made up the cookies with icing and toppings, this also surprised me. She then showed them to me to approve that everything looked correct (they were absolute perfection). This review is based mostly on the fact that you should not come to this location on a Saturday afternoon! I've been to this location several times during the week and have been in and out in less than 5 minutes. This time I was there ~30mins and saw some of the worst employee management to date They were sold out of 4 cookies (2 were at least baking). Employees were working *extremely* slowly with many people waiting for orders, waiting inside, and standing in a long line outside the door. When I arrived, only 4 people were in front of me (I was at the end), but by the time I left, a huge line had formed because of how slowly they got orders out. Instead of filling orders when fresh cookies were out, 1 female employee was icing chilled sugar cookies when an entire tray and a half was already iced, a teenage boy employee decided now was a great time to take out the trash, and another teenage boy was taking his sweet ole time completing 1 cookie order at a time after coming to the line and announcing "(name), I'm working on your order" ...instead of just doing it [meanwhile, putting a cookie in the box then putting it back because he got the wrong one, slowly icing it/decorating it, etc]. Only the girl at the front counter taking orders and the boy forming dough balls for the oven were actually working hard at a fast pace. At one point, 3 employees even took a break before a dent was made in the orders after the fresh cookies had come out of the oven! It took me over 30 minutes to get 2 COOKIES when the cookies had come out of the oven about 5 mins after I had arrived. Additionally, the presumed manager who happened to come out ended up starting my order [after I asked where my order was] because the teenager boy had accidently skipped past it on his iPad and was doing orders placed after mine. Cookies: they were warm and tasty as they typically are, if a little undercooked. The blueberry crumb was not topped with the graham cracker crumbs as pictured and the chocolate oreo did not have the amount of icing as pictured. They also typically show you your cookies in the box before you go to make your order's right, but even with how slow they moved, they didn't even do that. All around a disappointing experience.
