I kept hearing about these cookies and made sure to stop by when I was in the area. There's only 1 location. Will there be more, no clue. The cookies rotate and then they have their ones that stay. They are not cheap but they are in competition with another cookie company who appears to work the same. We got the chocolate chip and the berry crumble. Both delicious! I ordered cookies for delivery to my best friend's family, but unfortunately DoorDash marked them as delivered when they were never received. After confirming with my friend that nothing had arrived, I contacted the store to see if the order had been returned to Crave, but it had not. Crave initially offered to credit my order, but all I truly wanted was for my best friend and her family to enjoy the amazing cookies I had ordered for them. Not only did the team make it right, but TJ, the owner of Crave, personally took it upon himself to deliver the cookies. My best friend's family thoroughly enjoyed all of the gluten-free cookies, and I was beyond impressed with the level of customer service provided. Wow! We were visiting from out of town and decided to get some dessert to go. The cookies were served warm and tasted absolutely delicious! They also have gluten-free options that are made in a separate facility and sealed to avoid cross-contamination. Crave cookies is totally new to me! I've been to similar concept places and crave stood out to me. The menu lineup was unique and something for everyone. They also do dirty soda which I tried the Coke-co-Loda and it was great. It was Diet Coke, cherry and coconut. I'm so here for the dirty soda trend. If you love a decadent cookie, you have to try Crave! There is a rotating menu with recurring staple items. I enjoyed the variety of options. It's nice going with a group because the cookies are huge and then you can take a bite of several. This specific location was insanely clean, very impressed with the interior. We stopped in one evening. The shop is small with no inside dining area, but you could watch them making the cookies. The employees were friendly and waited on us quickly. My husband and I got three different cookies, a chocolate chip which is my favorite type, a French silk, and a caramel apple. We cut the cookies in half to try them all, but they were so big that we each only ate a quarter of each cookie and finished them all up the next day. The caramel apple was SO good! Gooey caramel center. The favorite for both of us. The French silk was also amazing. Although the chocolate chip was good, I recommend trying something different because the other two were so good. We finished eating at a nearby resturant and wanted something sweet. Decided to come and give it a try since it was right there. We came in and the aroma was nothing but sweet goodness. The staff was so nice and explained everything about the cookies to us. The layout of the store is nice with large screens to see the menu. We took a minute to order but everyone picked a different cookie. I tried a few different ones as we shared and the were all so good. Some a little sweet but I eat my cookies in moderation. Had an fantastic experience ordering last minute treats for an event. The cookies were extremely fresh and delicious. You can get their chocolate chip cookies in mini packs which were a hit. We also were able to get multiple portions out of their larger "feature flavors" with a rotating menu. While you're there, they offer a full range of fountain soda options with flavors and the popular "dirty sodas". The vanilla Diet Coke did not disappoint. Today was the second time I've stopped into this wonderful shop! I got there right at opening. There was already a line 5 or 6 deep, but the line moves fast. I got a milk chocolate chip cookie this time. Yes, its as good as it sounds! The cookie is slightly thick, but still soft. My partner and I don't frequent this area often, but we had an appointment nearby and decided to stop by for an afternoon treat. I'm so glad we did! Cookies and Dr. Pepper are two of my absolute favs, so I LOVE that this is a one stop shop for both. We placed an online order on their website for pickup. However, there's not really any seating options, so this is definitely more of a grab and go spot. Now for our sweet treats... I'm VERY pleased with our cookie selection. We tried a s'mores cookie and a strawberry shortcake cookie. Both were perfectly soft, perfectly sweet, and perfectly unique. As someone who once went through an obsessive phase with their biggest rival, I think I actually prefer Crave believe it or not. I might need to try a few more of their cookies to make my final decision, but I am surely impressed! This was actually the second time we stopped in to Crave. Both times the cookies are devine. I popped in after having dinner at Circle 7 in the same plaza. They have six different cookies to choose from that rotate weekly. Tonight, I went with the cookie butter cheesecake and their chocolate chip. The chocolate chip was perfectly gooey and warm. The cookie butter cheesecake did not disappoint. Perfect amount of cheesecakey goodness with cookie butter flavor. They also have a soda menu that looks amazing. Went in Wednesday, and the gentleman seemed more interested in talking to the underage female workers instead of serving me and acted like I was a problem for him. We live in a very racially charged time. As a person of color I know when I'm being treated differently than the guy in line behind me. I went in to spend my money which I worked hard to earn on a sweet treat for my husband and our daughter. I was looked over more than once and felt ignored. Perhaps if I had blonde hair and looked like I was 12 he would've given me attention while my few dollars may not mean anything to a business like this.
