I was told $80 dollars on the phone and when I picked up my boy she said it was $97. The women had told me she put a pee pad in carrier just in case. It was on top of him not underneath. I did not think anything of it due to fact my cat was probably upset because he hates the carrier and hid himself under it. I left it alone and carried him to car. *(can't take cat out of carrier while at groomer). boy was I wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! when I got home and let my boy out of carrier he was shaved. WTF????? He was supposed to be groomed. I am beyond mad. DON'T ever bring your beloved animal to this place. I can't imagine how they treat the animals when you're not there to see it. No one ever told them to shave my cat. I would never ask for that. He was not matted down and only had one small spot near his bum that needed attention.
