Not only are they well cared for and safe but they also receive engaging training and playtime. I have two English Setters (Garwood and Brophy), that are my spoiled children. I do not trust just anywhere with their care and well-being and I truly was so happy with all the love and care they received from Sit! Stay! Play! when we lived in Tucson. They do have an interview process, but that's good! I wouldn't want to take my dogs somewhere that doesn't evaluate the temperament and require up-to-date vaccines and making sure the dogs are healthy. Because of the diligence around health that Sit! Stay! Play! requires, a cancerous tumor was found on my older dog. Had it not been for me going to the vet for the tests he needed to come to Sit! Stay! Play!, I would not have found the lump. To say I'm grateful doesn't quite sum it up enough. They also do fun events for the dogs and celebrate their birthdays (with darling photos!) and other holidays. When my younger guy came home with a Mother's Day card and cookie for me, it truly made my day. When COVID hit, the team at Sit! Stay! Play! was proactive and did everything to address the health, safety, and well-being of everyone. They were truly amazing and the fact we could still work and know our dogs were safe was so appreciated. Janet, Emily and the entire team is just incredible. We moved back to CA in the Summer of 2019 and definitely miss taking our dogs to Sit! Stay! Play! Thanks for all the wonderful care of my babies.

From just doggie day care for the day to staying overnight while you're out of town. We've been going there for over a year now and he loves it and knows when we are headed there! Argus always comes home so exhausted from a great day! A great way to get out some energy and wear them out for the night! It's so nice to be able to go out of town and know that your fur babies are being taken care of so well!! If you need a place to watch your pups or just get out some extra energy throughout the day, this is the place!!

They held a Valentine's Day "Pawty" for their guests! When I left Maverick there for his first day of care, I was nervous. He is my world. Can you say "Therapy Dog" without saying "Therapy Dog?" That's my Maverick. Hounds Town took away all of my fears and concerns. If you want to know what is most important to me, it's that Maverick LOVES it there!

My dogs Pep (a pitbull) and Joey (a chihuahua) both totally, totally love Pat. They also love when Chloé and the kids join them. Also, when I had to go away for a week, I used FDP for multiple check-ins throughout the day, and that worked out amazingly well too. Before that, when I traveled I either left the dogs with someone or had someone sleep over with them, so this was the first time I used multiple check-ins like that. And honestly, I had been a little worried about how Pep & Joey would handle being on their own, but it turns out that I had absolutely nothing to worry about. Pat and the whole family took amazing care of them. The thing is, Pat and the fam didn't just make sure that Pep & Joey were fed and walked, but they really spent quality time with them. They didn't just care *for* them -- they cared *about* them. I know I can speak for Pep & Joey on this when I say that Pat & the fam really made them feel like they weren't abandoned and that they were being cared for. It was so reassuring knowing that FDP was there. So the tl;dr of it all is: I recommend FDP wholeheartedly. I've been using them for years, and my experience with them has been an 11 out of 10.

GROOMING is the only aspect of the business I have utilized and I have been going to Tasha for 4 year's now. I take both my Great Pyrenees to her. She is so skilled that I hesitate to even mention her name because I don't want her to get so busy I can't get in! My female, Fiona, is a big solid nothing less than a Diva princess. Tasha has excellent command of her yet is very gentle and loving. Pyrenees are all hair and it gets matted and gnarly quickly. my dog's leave looking ready for the ring even though they are going to go home and roll in dirt anyway Her prices are well below the Petsmart and Sissy Groomer prices and unlike both these place's (yes, personal experience) they are never knicked, dew claws ripped or left with any un groomed spots. She charges $60.....yes, that is correct.... $60 for a huge great pyrenees. Don't let the price fool you. You get way more than you pay for. She grooms the dog's that board there as well as outside client's like us. No, she and I aren't party friend's, our kid's don't know each other and she has no idea I am writing this. I gush about her ability because she is just that da** skilled. The employees that work the kennel are usually around and they seem to be professional and are always friendly. They have always taken pride in the business but the new ownership and changes seem to have given them a new sense of pride and worth. I highly recommend the groomer Tasha and I do refer people there for boarding because they truly do care about the pet's they stay.
