She did mention that she moved out to Patterson instead of breeding in Sunnyvale. However, she was very flexible and accommodating so we FaceTime to see the puppies a week before I came to pick up Georgi. I was impressed with how clean the house was especially for housing many dogs. I was mention that the puppies come home crate trained. For the most part they are because they're so accustomed to sleeping in the crate and we didn't have any problems with her crying and such. She's potty pad trained but did have a little accidents here and there. I mean they're still babies, totally expected and understandable. Georgi is one of the best things. She's extremely cuddly and friendly. She loves everything that moves. She was a bit wild for the first few months but that's with any kids, that have energy. One of the best thing is that she's neither submissive or dominant. I've had my friends dogs try to dominate her and all she does is walk away and then she will return and attempt to play while sharing her toys. She loves loves to swim! Isn't afraid of loud noises because we took her out on July 4th to see fireworks. I'm obsessed with her and her little quirks. I'll attach ph Catherine, thank you for breeding incredibly friendly, easy to train, shed-free and loving dogs. Seriously one of the highest quality both cuteness and temperament. This is coming from a dog owner my entire life and being surround by dogs. I've had a husky/Akita mix previously and Australian Labradoodle is one of a kind. Georgi is now 8 months with bundle of love

Kind, reassuring, and incredibly knowledgeable. As first time kitten owners, we had countless questions, and she was always so patient, responsive, and genuinely supportive every step of the way. What truly sets Irina apart is how much she cares beyond just the pickup day. She was there for us before, during, and even after bringing our kitten home, which meant more to us than anything having never dealt with a kitten before. You can tell she puts so much love, time, and intention into raising her kittens. Our kitten is everything we could have hoped for. She is affectionate, playful, cuddly, well socialized, and adored by everyone who meets her. She adjusted to us and even our puppy seamlessly and has been an absolute dream with zero issues. We feel unbelievably lucky to have her in our lives. I cannot recommend Irina highly enough. If you are considering working with her, don't hesitate. You'll be glad you did!

We selected our baby girl about a month ago, and she has been an absolute dream. She came fully potty trained and is the sweetest, most cuddly, playful, and friendly kitten. Truly, she is the best cat I've ever had. She's admired by everyone who meets her--family and friends are obsessed! My brother even calls her the "beauty queen" and says she's the prettiest cat he's ever seen. What impressed us most is her temperament. She's wonderful with other pets--my mom brings her dog over and our kitten is gentle and unbothered, and she's even fascinated (in the cutest way) by our bearded dragon. That speaks volumes about the care and socialization Irina provides. Irina is a trusted breeder who clearly puts so much love, intention, and expertise into raising top-notch kitties. We feel incredibly lucky to have found her and will absolutely be back in the future. Highly, highly recommend!

Jam's Yorkies - Oliver the Yorkie Napping Under Anointed Cloth

    Jam's Yorkies

Oliver is My Dream Jam's Yorkie!…read more I first spoke with Jam when her latest litter of Yorkies was only four days old. Just after that call, she sent me pictures and video clips of the pups, and I was blessed to pick the puppy that I had already selected a name for - Oliver (which means "peace"). Once I shared his name with Jam, she began calling him by that name. Consequently, by the time I brought him home, just under two weeks ago, he already knew and responded to his name. Over the subsequent weeks, Jam and I stayed in constant contact, with her sending weekly videos and pictures of Oliver and his littermates. Throughout the process, I was completely involved and informed. At about seven weeks, I was able to visit Oliver for the first time. He was about the size of my hand, and it was precious to begin the bonding process. What struck me when I visited was the look and feel of the environment. Jam raises the puppies in her home, along with her family, and the puppies get an abundance of love and excellent care. I was also afforded the opportunity to meet Oliver's parents and some of the other adult Yorkies in the home. All of the dogs were well-socialized, friendly, and well-behaved. I officially became one of the pack when not one, but two, of the adult dogs, climbed onto my lap as I sat on the floor, two of Oliver's littermates curled up under my leg and fell asleep, and finally, one of his brothers fell asleep between my feet. Needless to say, all of Jam's dogs love people. I visited Oliver again at about nine weeks and finally brought him home at 12 weeks. Before we left, Jam provided me with helpful information, one of Oliver's favorite toys that had his mom's and littermates' scent, a pack of treats, and items that I needed to get started. On the ride home, Oliver was quiet in his carrier, and thankfully, did not get carsick, which often occurs with small dogs or puppies. The first night in his playpen, he only cried for about 20 minutes and then slept through the night. The next night, he cried for about five minutes, and now, he knows when it's bedtime because I turn the lights off and leave a nightlight on for him. In the morning, at first, he would yelp if he heard me downstairs, but now he's completely patient because he knows that I will come up to get him. That greeting every morning is priceless and when I let him out of his playpen, he excitedly runs around me until I pick him up. As for personality, Oliver is amazing! He is a very playful ball of energy, healthy, and intelligent (he's already learned sit/down/come). He loves to cuddle and one of his favorite pastimes is falling asleep on my lap with his chin resting on my arm. He is also very independent. He's definitely my shadow, and one thing that I noticed is that when I have company, or if I'm sitting on the sofa, he will sit or lay at my feet until I pick him up. He loves people and gives them the same enthusiasm as he gives me, yet he will always run back to me during play. He has adjusted extremely well, does not bark or whine, has a mellow spirit, and is now learning to walk on a leash (indoors until it's okay for him to go outside). I so appreciate Jam's love for, and knowledge of, the Yorkie breed. She has been breeding Yorkies for about 16 years and has a wealth of knowledge and expertise. It is important to her to match the right puppy with the right client, so as a low-key, laid-back person, having a mellow-tempered Yorkie is a perfect match. I understand that some breeders let their pups go at eight weeks (which is too early for the natural separation of mother and puppy), and once the puppy goes to its forever home, the new owner is pretty much on his or her own. Not so with Jam. Even after I brought Oliver home, she checked on us several times to ensure we were doing okay, and each time I reach out to her for "how-to's" or other information, she is always responsive. I would highly recommend Jam's Yorkies to anyone looking for a reputable breeder who truly cares about the health and well-being of her puppies!

Had a heartfelt meeting with a Yorkie near my house and felt compelled to find a friend for my pup…read moreafter that encounter. Did my research and did it well! Was debating between a "farm" in the Sacramento region and Jam's, but saw red flags of likely a puppy mill at the other. Also, Jam took the time to talk to me because she wants to ensure that the pups are indeed going to great homes. Asked her if she had any pups available and she pointed me to the pup who is now my baby. His name is Bear (originally Wednesday), and I saw he was perfect. He is adorable and sweet and spunky. Drove down from Sacramento & got him in July 2023 and he will be 2 in February 2025. A lady stopped us on our walk the other day to say how much she was admiring him. Bear is the smallest of the bunch, but he is the head of the household. Thank you Jam!
