Catherine breeds the cutest labradoodles around. We adopted our female puppy and brought her home at 8 weeks old. She did mention that she moved out to Patterson instead of breeding in Sunnyvale. However, she was very flexible and accommodating so we FaceTime to see the puppies a week before I came to pick up Georgi. I was impressed with how clean the house was especially for housing many dogs. I was mention that the puppies come home crate trained. For the most part they are because they're so accustomed to sleeping in the crate and we didn't have any problems with her crying and such. She's potty pad trained but did have a little accidents here and there. I mean they're still babies, totally expected and understandable. Georgi is one of the best things. She's extremely cuddly and friendly. She loves everything that moves. She was a bit wild for the first few months but that's with any kids, that have energy. One of the best thing is that she's neither submissive or dominant. I've had my friends dogs try to dominate her and all she does is walk away and then she will return and attempt to play while sharing her toys. She loves loves to swim! Isn't afraid of loud noises because we took her out on July 4th to see fireworks. I'm obsessed with her and her little quirks. I have had my labradoodle for a year and a half and while I will vouch for her dogs, they are great and healthy, she is crazy! I have met 4 people that either used her or almost used her since our horrible experience dealing with this women. The only reason I didn't tell her off at the time was because my family and I bonded with the puppy. She lied, tried to cheat us and was extremely insulting to me. I have a sever hearing disorder and she said in front of my family, I should try listening harder! 4 other families had similar experiences. Seriously go anywhere else. Her dogs are cute but she is highly unprofessional and unorganized. The lady is super crazy and never cares about the customers or their time. It was a NIGHTMARE dealing with her and we thankfully ended up not getting a puppy from her in the end and I do not regret it even a bit. We got our 8 week old puppy from Catherine and he is such a great puppy. He came home already crate trained and pee pad trained. The horror stories that most puppy owners have of a crying puppy all night wasn't even real for us. He slept through the night easily. I have waited for over a year before I write this review. We adopted a labradoodle from Catherine in Summer 2015. We have been extremely happy with their service and the health (both physical and mental) of our puppy. We first contacted Catherine around April2015 when we decided to get a labradoodle puppy. She let us know the approximate time that her dogs will have new babies, the expected colors and weight so that we can decide if that's the litter that we would look for. All the communications have been very thorough, efficient and honest. When we picked our puppy, we saw their home and how clean it was. We were impressed. We have also observed how much care Catherine & her family gave to the newborn puppies; how professional they were when it came to making sure the puppies have all their shots, deworming, spaying / neutering done at the right time. When we finally picked up our puppy when she was about 7 weeks old, our puppy was healthy and emotionally ready. Catherine let us know everything that we needed to prepare beforehand, and even some little things that never came to our mind (like when the puppy must have her next shot, when she is ready for the groomers, and how long we must wait until we can bring her to meet other dogs -- before our puppy's rabies shots were done and came into effect). We were extremely grateful for all the information we got. We are also happy with all the excellent and tidy paperwork that Catherine gave us. She showed us all the genetic tests that they had done on the puppies' parents and the name and location of even the earlier generations. Now that our puppy is 1.5 years old, I can say that she is extremely healthy and pretty. She is the star in our neighborhood! I bought an older labradoodle puppy from Catherine Manor Australian Labradoodles on January 1, 2020. Let's talk positive first, the breeder was very good at answering question and concerns, she made sure I knew the breed's temperament and needs. On the day of our puppy pickup, while we were discussing the contract the puppy (Luna) started throwing up therefore we decided the best thing was for her to keep Luna and take her to the vet to make sure Luna was in good conditions and for us to know that we were getting a healthy puppy like the contract states. Three day later she sends us a message and says the Luna is fine and we make plans to pick her up. We got Luna on Jan 4 and after a few days of getting her she starts throwing up so I texted her asking what the vet had told her about why the puppy was throwing up. She informs me that she didn't take the puppy to the vet because the puppy seem fine. The puppy had her vet appointment later that day so I get her check where they informed me that the puppy was underweight, had an ear and eye infection, and had worms. These are things that a dog owner does not want to hear after paying money and expecting to get an healthy puppy. I immediately text her to inform her what was wrong with the puppy hoping that she would help out in some way. She offers to take her to her own vet to see if the medication were needed but at that point I just wanted my puppy to get the medication she needed as soon as possible not to wait until the next day or days for her to start feeling better. I did not want to have my puppy keep throwing up and feeling bad. The trip to her house is also long and I was not willing to put a throwing up puppy through more stress. I contacted the ALCA, the association to which this breeder belongs. They confirmed her breeding dog(s) is(are) not registered with the ALCA. The breeder lied by falsely advertising on her website and then directly to me several times by email, knowing her dogs are not ALCA-accepted but still saying she would send me a pedigree. At first, she told me it would take 6 months to 1 year, which the ALCA also said is not true and is very odd. After getting the ALCA involved, she admitted she will never provide a pedigree and my pup is not a genuine Australian labradoodle per the ALCA -- despite statements on her website and statements to me. The reason I wanted a pedigree is that with doodles being very popular, I was concerned about getting a puppy/dog from a backyard breeder She did not come across as a reputable breeder. My negative experience is the puppies live in filthy condition and the ad says that they are crate trained which is not true.
