She's becoming malnourished now because the available mice aren't enough nutrition for her. This isn't something non-essential like wanting squeaky toys restocked, this is food. and nobody is doing anything about it. I'm currently on hold with corporate, but the call is farmed out to an Indian call center and the woman can't even spell "Delaware". This is hopeless and I'm PISSED.

Last November, one of my dogs needed major emergency surgery, and the bill was over $8,500 if I remember correctly. At that time, there was absolutely no hesitation about taking her in immediately because it was considered an emergency. Fast-forward to today: my dog has fractured her leg, and when I called for help, I was told they couldn't get her in today and that I should call back tomorrow to see if they have an availability. Excuse me?! A dog with a fractured leg is supposed to wait and see if you have an opening tomorrow? I find it incredibly hard to understand how my dog's $8,500 emergency was treated as an immediate priority, but now that my dog has a serious injury, suddenly there's no room to help her. This place has changed SO much. Savannah used to be a good veterinary office, but the experience and the way people are treated now is completely different. The staff I've dealt with have been rude, and today was the final straw for me. I have three dogs, and I will NEVER bring any of them back here again. I am actively looking for a new veterinarian as we speak. When someone has trusted you with the care of their animals -- and has spent thousands of dollars with your practice -- you would expect compassion and urgency when their dog is injured.
