    Nice and cozy inside.

PUR & SIMPLE had excellent food, service, and cleanliness. Breakfast Avocado Lox and Mano smooties were comforting, I highly recommended it.

Went back again and also had this delivered. This is simply to say that the food is still delicious and that even delivered, it's awesome. Also to add more pics. I will say, however, that my friends and I were sitting at our table shortly after paying when the server advised us they had a wait list. Didn't love that but we understood and left.

FOOD is very good, yet pricey... SERVICE is truly horrific waiting and seeking a waitress to pay/leave is painful

It was fate that my family stopped by here. I missed the exit on the highway and second my son insisted we eat here. I wanted to sit inside since it looked very cozy but again my wife wanted to sit outside listening my boss son. The service was fast even sitting outside on the patio. The menu has great selection, which my wife has problem in selection. My wife and I shared angus egg Benny which taste great when I wasn't too hungry. The infamous potatoes are a delight. Crisp outside and soft inside. My son enjoyed his chocolate crepe and chocolate milk, ended up with chocolate mustache

Food is cold and over priced. Staff and owners are rude and unpleasant. there are way better places in Newmarket. Stay far away!!!

I was in Newmarket tonight. I took the backroads for half of it. I looked at highway 404 and…read moretraffic was light. I took it heading northbound and exited at Davis Drive. To the west of highway 404 is a new plaza with a bunch of businesses. Booster Juice was one of them. Today, it's celebrating 24 years in business. You buy one smoothie and get another one for free. Fun fact: I had never set foot in a Booster Juice in my life. Markham has one. I never wanted to drop by. After stopping by Upper Canada Mall, I drove over to this store before heading home on the 404. There was plenty of parking at this plaza. I parked in front of Booster Juice. The store is between Thai Express and barBurrito. I walked in and was greeted by two friendly, energetic women. I had asked my friend who loves Booster Juice what she think I would like before heading over to a Booster Juice. I'm a berry person. She recommended berry smoothies. I went with her suggestions. I got the following smoothies: - Very berry - Lemon berry It was just over $9 for each smoothie. My other one was indeed free. I paid with a credit card. I tapped and was done. It took no time for them to make my smoothies. It was impressive. I thanked both of them and headed to my car. I then drove home. Their smoothies have yogurt in them. It's not a lot. They don't have any dairy substitutes, though. The yogurt flavour was faint. I had the very berry smoothie first. It was slightly sweet, but not disgusting. I liked the berry flavours. It had strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and cranberries. I was pleased. This store has purple paper straws. It held up nicely in my smoothie for nearly an hour. I had a quick sip of my lemon berry smoothie. It was delicious. I like lemon anything. It tasted like a lemonade fruit punch. I loved the lemon flavour mixed in with pomegranates, cranberries, strawberries, and pineapples. I saw protein balls in the display area. They looked intriguing. You can enroll in Booster Rewards. You get a free regular smoothie on your birthday when you sign up. That's incentive enough for me to give it a try. It was a nice first experience at Booster Juice. I'm not sure how often I'd come, considering that I get shakes and teas elsewhere fairly regularly. It was nice changing things up and checking this store out. I look forward to returning. (434)

Last Saturday, I was in my car, parked steps away from Zoup! I had placed a dinner order. I looked across the plaza and noticed Paris Baguette (PB). I had visited COBS Bread a couple of hours earlier. Did I need another bakery visit? Yes! I had some time to kill before picking up my dinner. It was raining. I drove over to PB and parked relatively close to the store. I walked in. I felt like I was in heaven. Carb heaven. Where should I start? I got a tray. There were instructions to grab a small piece of paper and lay it on the tray. I got tongs and went to work. I saw palmiers. My mom loves them. I grabbed one with my tongs and broke off a curved section. It was probably a first for me. I ate the broken part and placed the imperfect palmier on my tray. The broken piece was yummy and was perfection. I finally understood why my mom loves palmiers. I hit the croissant section. I got a pain au chocolat, which is probably my favourite type of croissant. I also got a chocolate croissant. A nice, older woman started chatting with me. She was so sweet. She let me know that she frequents this bakery often and loves it. I asked her what items she hasn't had. It was two items, which floored me. She noticed the chausson aux pommes that I had on my tray and said that it was yummy. I got the following items: - Chausson aux pommes - Chocolate croissant - Pineapple brûlée pastry - Palmier - Pastel de nata - Pain au chocolat - Curry croquette The nice woman let me know that Mia, who was the staffer behind the counter, let her know that this bakery has Korean owners. Really? It made sense seeing mochi donuts. We both hit the checkout counter. Mia got her order and said to grab a seat. She'd bring everything to her. This nice woman said that she was shy of being 90 years old. What?! She looked great! I wouldn't have guessed that I was talking to an 89-year-old woman during my entire time here. I hope that when I am her age, I am savouring pastry as often as my new friend. Mia was great. She put all my pastries in a box. She singled out my savoury curry croquette in a paper bag. I paid with a credit card. I tapped and was good. I got my receipt, thanked her, grabbed my goodies, wished my new friend a wonderful day, and left. There was a Wild game that night. I had a pastry each period. Three pastries in three hours. They were delicious! I will say that the ones with fresh fruit were the most expensive, just over $6. They were worth it. The chausson aux pommes had the best apple filling. It was flaky and delicious. I absolutely devoured the pineapple brûlée pastry. The pineapple chunks were set in custard and were so naturally sweet. This pastry was superb. The pain au chocolat continues to be my favourite croissant. It was flaky and had the best chocolate in every bite. So good! I had the chocolate croissant and loved it. It was fresh, flaky, and soft. The chocolate drizzle had the right amount of chocolate with the buttery croissant. I was extremely happy with my pastel de nata. The custard had a hint of sweetness. The base of flaky. It could have been torched on top more, but I'd get half a dozen next time. I didn't know what to expect with the curry croquette. It was delicious. It had a crispy exterior, crusted with a mix of white and black sesame seeds. The curry filling was full of good flavour. It had veggies in it. The corn and carrot combination worked nicely. I raved about this place to my friend at work today. There's one at Heartland in Mississauga, which is perfect for us to do a run after work. I had an excellent experience. It was nice meeting a passionate pastry lover while getting her take on what she loves. Everything that I consumed was excellent. I hope to get a drink next time and perhaps sit down to enjoy it. I'll be back. (117)
