They sent a crew to my house within one day of my call and showed up within the time window they promised, which is rare these days. They moved furniture as needed and went above and beyond to make everything easy and seamless. The specialized truck they used to clean the air ducts was impressive and powerful, leaving them as clean as when they were new. The carpets also looked as good as new. I would highly recommend Stanley Steemer to everyone, especially for air duct cleaning.
