After replacing both outlets myself. They still didn't work., They came back out. Fixed my mistake and everything is working fine. I offered to pay for the repair that took less than ten minutes. But they refused. They may not be the cheapest. But as my grand daddy said. Cheap ain't good and good ain't cheap. I'll definitely use them next time I have an issue.

I actually have a home warranty and Phoenix electrical is not on my warranty plan but thank goodness every time my warranty assigns me someone for electrical they do not show up or never call to schedule. With my warranty this allows me to find my own electrician and I'm not sure how I ended up finding Phoenix electrical but I will never use anyone but them. Jeremiah has been my regular electrician now. He has done everything from installing outlets behind my television so wires are not running down my wall. He has also repaired switches and outlets. And the biggest thing that I have to praise Jeremiah about was an issue where one light after the next stopped working in the house Jeremiah spent hours on this very complicated very old 1902 home and finally found the issue that's spanned over two junction boxes in and through my attic which has a double ceiling and repaired it! He was relentless in his efforts to locate my problem! And when I tell you when he gets done it looks as if he was never here. He brings his own hand vac and cleans the entire area! Phoenix Electrical is number one in my book. Take it from someone with a home built over 100 years ago Phoenix Electrical always keeps their appointments, and when I have questions they respond quickly and are always very polite. I actually can't wait till my home warranty runs out so I can just call them every time without bothering with the home warranty people! That's just how much I love Phoenix!

If you don't move forward with the work, they charge you a service fee of 100 dollars to come out. We had no idea the work would take this short of time but we knew it was high so we paid attention to timing and have it all on our security cameras. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM. We have used them for electrical and always thought they were expensive but we had no idea they were such crooks.

I had to wait a few days for my system to be installed (during a very hot time frame) which had nothing to do with the company, it was all on my part. I am disabled and my meds make the heat unbearable. Tim had his guys come out and put a couple of windw units in to get my family through the wait. They did not charge a single extra penny for the courtesy they provided, not even labor for the time his guys were here. As far as estimates go, I got three of them. He was almost $2,000 cheaper than the next closest estimate for the exact same unit! He also threw in a programmable thermostat for free. His crew - all I can say is they are outstanding. They were professional and courteous. I will never use anyone else. Thank you, Tim and all employees! You guys rock. Sorry this took 3 years to do.
