They damaged my floors by replacing my kitchen sink faucet. On Thursday, February 22, 2023, I specifically told them what part I wanted replaced, and the part was a cartridge that's inside my shower handle. They replaced the cartridge and additionally replaced parts that I did not request to be replaced. I've called them to have my parts back, and I suggested meeting with them for their convenience so that way I could return their parts. I received the invoice that I was not happy with due to them not following what customer requested adding additional parts that was not needed and billing me for it. Instead of writing a review I tried corresponding with the company regarding my concern and instead the lady got really rude to me.

I decided to give Plumb Doc a shot despite their slightly lower rating--and I'm really glad I did. The service I received was absolutely 5-star level. Brian came out quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue: a pin-sized hole in one of the PVC pipes underground in our front yard that feeds the house. We had noticed water running down the driveway and weren't sure if it was just runoff from recent rain or a broken pipe, especially since temperatures had been below freezing. Brian confirmed it was a leak by shutting off the water to the house and checking the meter--we were still using water. From there, Brian walked me through multiple options, ranging from a full pipe replacement to a targeted repair. I was dealing with family health issues at the time and needed the fastest, least disruptive solution so I could focus on being at the hospital. Brian really stepped up. He suggested bringing in a leak-detection specialist using sonar equipment to pinpoint the exact location. It added a few hundred dollars upfront but would save time, money, and yard damage in the long run. We went with that option, and it worked exactly as promised. That evening, a gas technician came out to mark the gas lines, the leak-detection team arrived the next morning, and Brian dug a very small area and replaced the damaged pipe on day two. He even worked past dark to finish the job. Plumb Doc handled everything--all scheduling, coordination, and follow-through. Brian personally made sure every vendor piece was handled correctly. A few days later, after the clay had settled, Brian came back to fill in the hole--even though we had already paid. He even offered to buy a bag of mulch to cover the area, which we declined since we planned to re-mulch anyway. The leak is fully fixed, no more water loss, and the price was completely reasonable. Contacted them spoke to Gary (nice guy), said he would have a crew in route in 30 minutes, the crew ran into another broken pipe call where they working at the time, Gary notified me it would be an hour, sure enough they were at my door step within an hour, techs identified and repaired the broken pipe within the hour. Wish I had gotten their names, great techs, curious, showed us the pipe went only to a spicket, were its cutoff was separate from the water heater. How to avoid the problem again.
