I was told that they would "take care of me" if I was willing to come back, so I was open to giving the business another chance despite my initial experience. I then spoke with someone on the phone who I was told was the owner, and the customer service was incredibly disappointing. She talked over me while I was trying to explain what had happened, was rude and argumentative, and did not make me feel like my concerns were being heard or taken seriously. She actually called me back afterward just to continue arguing with me and told me that she didn't care whether I came back or not because the business would continue either way. That interaction told me everything I needed to know about how they view their customers. I was willing to give them another chance because they told me they would make things right, but after speaking with the owner, I absolutely will not be returning. On top of the customer service issues, I wasn't particularly happy with the work I originally had done there either. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and was willing to try again, but the way I was treated afterward completely changed my mind. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. A business can make mistakes, but how you treat a customer when they bring up a legitimate concern says a lot about the business. I left this experience feeling completely dismissed and, frankly, shocked by the lack of professionalism.

I like to switch it up depending on what my body needs. Even though I haven't tried the IVs myself, I've seen plenty of people getting them, and I've heard great things. They also offer mobile IV services, which is super convenient. Plus, they carry vitamin supplements in tablet form if you're looking for something ongoing. She talked to the manager and told me that, not only can they not provide me a refund, but I can come in to redeem the credit for only one IV session since their prices went up. I was upset by this because it's not like I was asking for a refund for a service I was unhappy with, but for a credit that I clearly cannot use since my move. I explained to her that I had paid cash for the promotion that didn't come with any stipulations. I didn't sign anything and the person who sold it to me didn't tell me about any rules that came along with the promotion. The receptionist danced around the best she could, explaining to me that "most people usually use the service within a year" and offered me a vitamin B shot instead, which is worth less than an IV session...I declined and asked to speak to the manager, but, of course, she told me that they were unavailable. I asked that the manager please call me back later that day to discuss this matter further and left my number. I still, to this day, have not heard back from anyone. To me, this is pretty piss poor service and unprofessional. They basically are ignoring me so that they don't have to pay me the $380 back. It's not like it's $20. This is a big chunk of money that they've held on to and collected interest on. Debating whether or not a small claims court is worth it, but definitely spreading the word so that customers don't get bamboozled like I did.
