Now, the actual process, the first time I went my sister bought me a 3 series because I was having a lot of digestive issues, not going to the bathroom for 3-4 days at a time, waking up in the middle of the night in pain if I ate too much cheese or dairy, ( I'm not lactose free) and the worst was if i tried to take laxatives or anything to help me go to the bathroom, i would just bloat event more. I even ended up in the ER once for taking a laxative.
