Although we've owned a peloton bike for over 4 years, we still come to this studio several times a week because we enjoy the classes and the camaraderie of the other spin regulars. The studio is very clean, the equipment is well maintained, and the instructors are top notch. My wife and I have taken spin classes at other gyms, including when we travel, but so far, we rate our experience at Crank Cycle the best. Denise, the owner, is very personable and bubbly and her enthusiasm is contagious. My wife combines her spin experience with participation in the challenging Shredz class that precedes the spin classes, so she really gets a great workout for 1.25 hours (spin classes are 45 minutes).

Then when I went to class today before training I once again tried to talk to her but she was too busy to talk to me. So before my second class in her studio I told her I needed to talk to her again, she was annoyed when I brought up an issue I had with her as a member. I was upset and I raised my voice and she immediately raised her voice back. As an owner of the business, you can not do that. It's unprofessional. I pay a big membership for her studio and instead of trying to resolve the issue when I said I will continue at her studio until the end of the month she told me to leave now and will credit me back for the month very nasty. So I packed my stuff up and left. No resolution, just very abrupt and nasty. No customer service as an owner and professionalism at all. She had her business partner watch me pack my stuff and leave. Then when I messaged her to let me know when she issued me a credit, I got a response back: "Why are you texting me, I'm going to block you". That fact and response alone was not professional for an owner of a spin studio. This was an unfortunate event and not expected from a person I have known for over 20 years. I am hoping she at least is true to her word and credits me the month back after she told me to leave.

We did the open play package which all the kids loved even the parents were in awe of how nice and clean it was! She provides everything all I had to do was bring the cake, candle and lighter Kim even played music for the kids and was showing them dance moves, they all loved it!! 1000% recommend!!

I have been coming here for 9 months now and for me it was a really tough choice as to where to go. I was looking for someone who could accommodate my neck injuries, as well as immune disorder as well as help me strengthen my body! I came to her business with 2 plates as well as screws in my neck and 2 bars in the back of my neck. Melissa was wonderful. she worked with me and was so patient during my struggles. There were times where I just couldn't make it because I was sick or I was just struggling with my injuries because they were that bad. Melissa understood this and explained that investing in yourself takes commitment, so she created a package for me that me and my body could handle. I was scared to try something like this because I spent a year recovering in my bed from these surgeries. I'm so glad I stuck it out and that I was able to find a compassionate instructor who invested in me as much as I invested in her. Long story short I couldn't get into a class for over 2 weeks. Melissa is always confrontational and immediately defensive when you have any kind of concern. I had already paid for a $800+ package so I sucked it up ‍. Fast forward after traveling for work, I cannot book my classes when I should've around 18 left. She states my classes have expired. I start to mention I thought they didn't expire, which is why I signed up... she cuts me off immediately defensively saying all packages expire and bla bla bla. Essentially robbing me $400. As someone with a busy schedule, I wouldn't have paid 800 dollars for something that can expire. I thought small businesses were supposed to be friendly, welcoming people. I didn't argue because it's not worth it, she calls me 10 mins later and says she would give me the remaining classes if I pay for 10 more I tried so hard to like this place because it's 5 mins from my house

They want to help you and want to make you healthier. It is a no judgement zone. Every routine the instructors will also show modified versions of moves that could be harder for some. All ages are welcome there from kids to 70 years old. This place is definitely one I will keep going back to.

The room is large and well air conditioned, which is good as we all get our sweat on. The instructor (Tammy) was very welcoming, explained how Zumba works for first timers, and encouraged us to focus on the footwork if we were getting lost doing the moves. I enjoyed the friendliness of the participants, the encouragement of the instructor, and the volume level of the music. My one complaint is it is not always easy to see the instructor, if she was on a raised stage that would be better. If you are expecting a gym environment, that is not the case. There are no locker rooms and limited restrooms. Overall, this was a very positive experience, and I may return.

I found the best time is 12-2 but even then it's usually still pretty busy. Big ass parking lot and also next to another huge parking lot (with chipotle and açaí bowls) so that's great. Often machines are out of service but they get fixed relatively fast now. Barely anyone cleans the machines so I've resorted to bringing my own Lysol wipes. I will say tho lots of googley eyed men go there so women beware, the gym has no control over that but just as a friendly warning to the women, they lurk

This gym has gotten incredibly bad due to management. The manager Mike specifically is doing a…read moreterrible job at managing this location. Many of the machines are so broken its a safety hazard. After using the pool my friend got a rash on her legs. The bathrooms are literally falling apart in places. I havent been able to use the sauna because it doesn't look clean. I've seen this manager get nasty with employees and say some very crude things to people. Hopefully they hire a new management team soon as I canceled my membership and so did my friend bevause of how we say him treating 2 of his staff members (maintenance i think). Using my backup account as I am concerned he will approach me due to this review if I ever go there again.
