My first class was a Ugi ball strength circuit class. When this place says it has small classes for individual attention - they weren't kidding. There is a great mixture of 50+ students, 20s and 30s (myself) which made the studio not intimidating. Yay! I believe 8 people max per class - and yes plenty of personal attention if you need help. I have also done their barre class. TRX is next to add to the list :) With their variety of classes and the pace - I think I may have found the perfect studio for me. They also have a reformer machine which I know i havent reached that level but it is my end goal.

Shayna and Nora are so amazing. I recommend the Toning Takeover class. They are so accommodating to all fitness levels and the girls in the class really feel like family. We have such a great time together. They offer Zumba classes, too! Class with Ashley is always a great time. I've taken yoga and even barre there, too. Barre is such a great workout. Muscles I didn't even know I had are sore the next day. Going to the gym is so boring but signing up at True Reflections was one of the best things I've done. I actually look forward to working out!
