When he finished his workout, the owner asked the gentleman's permission to call his daughter, then escorted him out. He did this respectfully and in a caring manner. When one of the other patrons mentioned it, the owner talked about the gentleman with as much respect and care as he'd demonstrated earlier. Honestly, the whole thing was so wholesome that I got choked up in the middle of my set. TL;DR: Great gym. Absolutely outstanding owner. Six, eight, ten stars.

I received a text message from the owner this evening close to 8 pm threatening to send my issue to collections. This was literally the first time I was contacted even though the owner says I was contacted 3 times prior. She said they must not have my correct information, but yet she was able to contact me??? So how then could they have contacted me 3 times. It is absolutely ludicrous. Not surprising though, I did a little research on the owners. Young, inexperienced, and clearly ill mannered with no professional business knowledge. The only reason that the two locations of these gyms owned by this couple continue to operate is simply because there are limited options in our area.

They are the cleanest facility with an upstairs cardio room in addition to the various machines and free weights. I highly recommend this place. The staff was friendly, the changing rooms and showers were clean, and I was able to get an early workout and shower in before having to go to my meetings.
