Once I got there, I was warmly greeted by the instructor. She knew it was my first time, and personally walked me through where to put my belongings, gave me a quick tour of the facility, and showed me where to find the items needed for the class. I felt right at home. The class itself was everything I had hoped for; calming, restorative, stretchy, and I left feeling amazing. The room was set to warmer than "normal" but not a hot yoga situation. I can't wait to try other classes at this location!!

SUPER clean, modern and inviting space. Separate rooms for different classes (Lagree, Boot Camp, etc). Looks brand new with thoughtful touches throughout (bathroom essentials, coffee bar, towel service to name a few). Free lockers, cubbies & showers. Steps away from Wholefoods. Perfect, right?! LAGREE CLASS: Challenging but doable, must try! 50 minutes of heart pumping strength & resistance training. Only 8 mega reformers so make sure you book well in advance though I was able to book same day. ***Be aware, their sessions are not full body, they focus on different muscle groups each day*** INSTRUCTOR: Elizabeth was my instructor- LOVED her! Unlike most studios, she actually went around to correct form (without putting people on blast) and instructions/transitions were crystal clear. Playlist was pretty good too! SERVICE: WOW! Shout out to front desk staff for an extraaaa warm welcome! Super friendly & helpful, even gave me a welcome gift! I've never had a more personalized experience! PRICE: Definitely on the pricier side for drop ins (most I've paid LA to NY), but glad I gave them a try! Totally worth the price if you are looking for an elevated experience. Took the largree class and will be coming back ! Upon leaving the owner was talking to a disgruntled client and I over heard ( she was a nurse who's been working this whole time and no symptoms so she hasn't gotten tested , Denise was very apologetic but said she would not be able to take a class seeing as how she's been exposed to covid at work ). Being in healthcare myself ( not working now )I can see both sides of the story but I think Denise made the right call considering People work out in close proximity/indoors .

After some research I came to discover Mind Body Barre. I took a Mind Body Barre method class with Caitlin at the Rehoboth location and it was honestly one of the better exercise classes I've taken in recent years. The class runs about an hour and includes elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga. The class runs at a moderate speed and is accompanied by modern pop music for the entire hour so it really keeps your energy up. The facility is spacious, clean, and well lit. the studio provides all of the equipment you will use in class but I would highly recommend bringing water and a towel. Parking is decent but I would arrive early to get a spot near the entrance. Overall I had a wonderful experience and I'm looking forward to visiting the studio again!

Population: Women Work out Style: Barre, Yoga & Pilates Bonus feature: Lavender cool down (5 minutes in Shivasana with the instructor adjusting you in a lavender scented room thanks to the aromatherapy spray they sell) My history: I am not an athletic type, nor in shape and only practiced yoga occasionally. I started and stopped many gym memberships over the years until I found this place. I am happy to report that after my first class here a year ago I have become dedicated to this studio working out 2 or 3 times a week. The workouts don't get any easier but because of all the support I receive here it doesn't matter. I can see the results ( I have actually definition in my arms now!) and am really truly happy.
