This location opened on September 15th. I am so glad they are opening up a new spot in Queen Anne. I came here for its grand opening party and had a blast! The lobby and studio appear bigger than the University Village one.

Kicking it!! Tuck, lift, tone and then some!! This is a smaller but brighter studio. It's located between orange theory fitness and that one massive pizza spot!! Funny! Across-ish from space needle. Street parking is there (can be challenging) and garage parking shared with qfc is a bonus. I did find myself spend some too much time for parking during evening classes though. Almost all the classes I've taken here are small and never crowded. It's good if you're looking for a small class. They do require socks here though and water bottles are $1 each. Parking downstairs (in qfc garage) is easier! They have later classes than most studios! Classes are not as challenging though. I haven't been able to see if they have platform classes here but usually classes here are quite mellow. It's my goto for that late night or late Sunday evenings since they offer the later hours.

Needing to change up the exercise routine (or lack there of), a friend and I decided to try out the new craze a co-worker has been raving about. We figured it was worth a try since she looks terrific and all the reviews are positive. I won't sugar coat it- it's hard. You wouldn't think such small movements could create so much pain. Sweat is unleashed. Who knew it would be possible to get a cramp in your hip? No pain, no gain, right? For newbies, $99 gets you unlimited classes for a month. They're located in the same building as the QFC near the Gates Foundation and there's free parking in the garage underneath. There are little cubbies to store your purse, jacket, shoes, etc and a changing area behind a curtain. They sell some clothing, bottled water and the nubby socks to help you maintain your grip. They also supply all the equipment, so no need to bring your own yoga mat. The owners and teachers are nice and welcoming. It was nice to see a wide range of ages and body types in attendance. Everyone was friendly and appeared to be having a good time.

    Everyone's ready for class!

Larger classes than I'm ordinarily used to (think 20 or so people), but a good workout nonetheless.

The teachers here are amazing, they're not just there to coach, they actually jump in and work out with you, which makes the whole experience so much more motivating. This place has changed over time, but it still delivers a workout that's fun and keeps you coming back. I'm still mourning the loss of Blended (their smoothie and açaí shop), who doesn't love a post-workout treat that feels like a reward? Right now, that space looks like it's under construction, so I'm hoping they bring it back or create something just as great. They also moved the entrance further up the street, and the new self-check-in system makes things way smoother so no more awkward moments while someone looks for your name. As for the workouts, they've got spin, yoga, strength training, and Shred. Shred is like mat Pilates on steroids with free weights, resistance bands, and weighted balls. My favorites are yoga and Shred, both in infrared-heated rooms, so you'll definitely sweat it out. The vibe is on point with cool lighting and upbeat music that keeps you going (even through endless planks). Plus, their waiting area is surprisingly big and has a fun, modern feel. Parking? Super easy. There's free parking in the apartment complex this space is in, and if that's full, street parking is usually close by. Overall, Studio 3 still delivers, even with the changes. Now if only those smoothies would make a comeback.......fingers crossed for summer!

You like to mix up the ways you work out, but don't necessary know what to do. You appreciate the class format, because you can go hard for 60 minutes and then be done for the day! Small (20 or less) and diverse classes, killer instructors, a tasty smoothie bar, and a lowkey casual lobby, this gym really is fantastic. Last week, I did five classes. The unlimited membership for me is the way to go, frankly, it's a great deal. I did 2 strength classes (absolutely love the loud music while lifting in a fast pace environment), 2 yoga classes (I'm terrible but I know it's important) and one cycle / shred class (great mix of intensity for a steady sweat). The instructors I met were great (especially Ally & Frank, Maegan & Cheyenne too for yoga). Really, genuinely, great. I wasn't originally a class person, and I don't socialize during classes with others but that doesn't matter. Come in for the work outs and leave happy. It's worth it!

The Body Pump classes--especially Rachel's--are fantastic and definitely a highlight of my workouts. Cons: On the downside, the cardio machines are definitely outdated and need an upgrade. The women's locker room feels quite dingy, and standard supplies like toilet paper are rarely refilled promptly. It really feels like management doesn't prioritize maintaining the club; for instance, the lights in the women's locker room were completely out for days, leaving us with just a few dim emergency bulbs.

This review is long overdue but worth the wait since Atlas Pilates moved to a bigger studio!…read more I come here for early morning sessions with Danae, who also happens to be my pole instructor. She mindfully guides me through every exercise during our small group sessions. When my small group partner can't make it, then she and I go balls out on exercises that complement my pole workouts. The old studio was cozy and we had to practically synchronize our arms and legs in such a way that we weren't kicking or slapping each other in the face. This new space seems to be perfect! Of course everything is brand spanking new clean, but the old studio was kept very clean and clean smelling. In addition to the reformers, Cadillac, and other fun equipment they are installing Swedish bars! And maybe some other fun stuff if Danae can bat her lashes hard enough. I observe the other instructors with their clients and they all seem to be very good with them. I would recommend this studio to anyone looking to add Pilates to their exercise regimen or for therapeutic purposes.
