You will have fun and you will sweat! And get a massage by Tony (who also teaches some great morning classes), he's helped me a lot after long runs. The staff gets to know you and they're always friendly and totally professional. The gym itself is clean and the equipment is well taken care of. I also really enjoy the friends I've made over the years. All of this makes my workouts the best. Work is stressful, to be able to take a break in the middle of the day to workout with people I enjoy, at a gym I love, is everything. Thanks Zum!

She mindfully guides me through every exercise during our small group sessions. When my small group partner can't make it, then she and I go balls out on exercises that complement my pole workouts. The old studio was cozy and we had to practically synchronize our arms and legs in such a way that we weren't kicking or slapping each other in the face. This new space seems to be perfect! Of course everything is brand spanking new clean, but the old studio was kept very clean and clean smelling. In addition to the reformers, Cadillac, and other fun equipment they are installing Swedish bars! And maybe some other fun stuff if Danae can bat her lashes hard enough. I observe the other instructors with their clients and they all seem to be very good with them. I would recommend this studio to anyone looking to add Pilates to their exercise regimen or for therapeutic purposes.

I arrived early. The studio wasn't open yet. Perfect. Grabbed coffee. Took pictures of the positive messaging discovered nearby: Hope. Breathe. Courage. Peace. Kindness. Believe. One read: "Trust that something beautiful is unfolding." Meanwhile... something beautiful was unfolding. Joggers passed. Teenagers played in the water. At 7:15 in the morning. The whole place was alive. The Guide: Leah Wyatt When the doors opened, Leah welcomed me with a smile. She checked me in. Handed me a mat. Once we were settled in the room, she introduced herself as our guide, there to support us in how we had shown up. Those words carried more than expected. We began seated. Four-count box breathing. Then an intention. Mine: Īśvara Praṇidhāna. Surrender. Trust the unfolding. Then... movement. Sun A with side stretching flowed into a Mandala sequence. Around the mat we went. Turning. Breathing. Letting the next move find us. Leah reminded us: "Breathe." Then... "Push the air out, let go." The Mandala built and so did the music. Body. Breath. Beat. All moving together. The flow eventually opened into long holds with options for Bird of Paradise, Triangle, and Reverse Triangle. Effort. Breath. Release. Again: Let go. Her words stayed. It was such a challenge but the instructors give great guidance, before, during and after the classes. 10/10 experience. I have since purchased a 30 class pass and am going 2-3 times a week. I love having access to different classes, timing, and instructors. The studio feels clean and inviting and every instructor brings a different energy so there really is something for everyone! I especially love Mindy and Mike on weekend mornings ;)

They touch you when you workout and press hard when you can't do what these uncertified trainers think is right. Lagree, pilates etc methods are about slow and controlled - Solidcore is giving CrossFit meets a 'pick me' group personas who want to be pilates influencers but are far from. They don't pause between moves and you'll spend most of your workout on lower body. No AC so the studios smell. And the auto doorlock with no one answering the phone to save on overhead is also an inconnvience. No dedicated parking at any location. Instructors themselves for the most part are not in shape at all.
