I came here for tattoo laser and had the most amazing experience. Carlos was the real star of the show. He was so educated in what he was doing and so polite. Chelsea did the tattoo laser for me. She explained everything in detail and made me feel as comfortable as possible. She is so sweet & educated & loves what she does - you can really tell. Appointment is not required, but is recommended. I went on a Friday and they were able to fit me right in with a consultation and first session. They have a nice, quiet waiting room. It's cheaper to buy more sessions in bulk. Available in 3,6, or 8 sessions per tattoo. After the laser, the healing went exactly as she said and there were no complications. I applied aquaphor as directed and that's all that was really needed as the healing went on. I had a really great 55-minute therapeutic massage with Rosa. She began by asking about my concerns and what I wanted to get out of the session, which I really appreciated. I was originally scheduled for a deep tissue massage, but she thoughtfully suggested a therapeutic massage instead, explaining her reasons without any pressure. It turned out to be a great decision. Rosa was warm, friendly, and clearly passionate about her work--you can tell she truly loves what she does and is very skilled at it. So disappointing. I have tried scheduling with them because I got a gift card. I got my appointment canceled because they overbooked. The girl that called just was not apologetic at all. It is extremely hard for me to schedule ahead and get kids taken care of to get there. If you overbook and can't keep up with a schedule then you should be apologetic and offering more to make sure clients are taken care of. Not sure I will use the gift card because I just am not even interested in visiting at this point. The customer service is already lacking. read more

My wife and sister in law are extremely disappointed in their hair highlights. My wife had to have hers fixed and is still not happy and my sister in law gave up because she felt like all that was happening was her hair was being damaged. We are completely disappointed with the hair coloring experience. However they both did say the massages, and facials were all fine and done well. My sister in law's pedicure and manicure was rushed and is already cracking less than 24 hrs later. My hair stylist did a good cut with layers, however cut 3" shorter than we agreed. When I brought the length to her attention, she disagreed that the length was correct. But no going back now. She did not talk to me the entire time except to discuss length of cut. Was unaware of where her hands were while washing my hair and hit me in the face 3 times with her arm/hands. Did not use a smock for me while washing my hair, making my shirt wet. I had a different stylist last time I used this salon, which is why I'd give it a 4. I got a quote from Lisa and 2 days later sat down to have it done. I wanted highlights and lowlights and a cut with layers, simple enough. when I was done I had a bleach blonde ombre and no layers. I was also charged over double the quote since ombré costs more. I went back and spoke with the manager who said they would fix it. When I went to get it fixed I was told I'd have to pay more to have the highlights/lowlights I wanted since I have ombre. I never asked for ombré and even had pictures for an example. He informed me that sometimes you don't know you like it until after it's done. I did not ask for it and did not want it. He also said the pictures I showed for examples had lights on them. Okay, either make my hair the color with the lights or simply say we can't make it look that way. Don't tell a customer you can do it and then say it couldn't be done. Lisa also talked me into doing my nails while waiting for the color to set. They didn't even make it through the hairstyle. She was trying to "fix" them while I was still getting my hair done. Told a co-worker this is how you upsell a job. I will never go back. read more

The lady who did my nails was very sweet but wow do they look bad. My finger nails feel like sandpaper and my toes are so dull and gloopy. The chair was very uncomfortable no massager or anything and the bowl was a reusable bucket that doesn't even get lined.... And I think is only washed out with dish soap. Not relaxing at all. It was not very clean in here either which makes me concerned that the tools were not clean either. I didn't even see a sterilizing machine. I would think the standards would be much higher considering it is in a SPA! But I was wrong. My manicure didn't even include a drop of lotion any massage or cuticle oil, I could've done this at home myself. Don't waste your money on Nails here. read more

Needed alittle trim & highlights done. Angela was gracious enough to stay late on a Saturday to accommodate me. Ended up with full highlights, conditioning &!keratin treatment. My hair feels so much better. Angela listened & only skimmed my ends, although my hair could use a bit more cut. I recommend Angela for a wonderful hairstylist. I recommend "Tyler" for a Swedish massage! She hits all the main tension points, she asks what is bothering you so she knows exactly what to focus on. I just tried the CBD oil to help with inflammation and relaxing the shoulders, back and neck, it has a cooling effect and doesn't have strong scent afterwards either which I love. I got the exact same service I have gotten for years at many different places across the country. And this salon was already on the high end at $120. And when I went to check out was told it was $160. Outrageous. The receipt clearly had it where it should be $120 with 2 over rides. When I asked for clarification they gave me some obviously made up justifications. I would not recommend this place AT ALL. Oh my goodness, I had an appointment at the Hideaway for the first time. I selfishly hesitated to leave a review because the quality is so high and the price is so reasonable AND they were able to fit me in within an hour of calling and I want to keep them all to myself. My brow tech was April and she was amazing. She really took her time with me. Her technique didn't hurt and she was so thorough, going back and plucking and trimming. And I'm really happy with how they turned out. She listened carefully to what I wanted and gave me exactly that. Amanda did my pedicure. She, too, took her time. She's the only person who has ever been able to pumice my feet without making me flail uncontrollably and laugh. She did a great job on the scrub and massage and the color is impeccable. It looks and feels like it's going to hold up for awhile. And my total? $44. For 90 minutes of spa treatments. Unbelievable. I will keep coming back!! read more

I've had 4 deep tissue massages here and I have always had a great experience. The rooms have the ideal relaxing massage ambiance. I also got a haircut here. The salon was OK... not the best haircut I've ever had considering I ask for a simple trim, but it wasn't bad/worth complaining about either... just mediocre. The only issue I have with this place is that its kind of pricey. I pay a little more because it's close to home and I've always had a good experience there, but if another place were to come up that was a little cheaper and not too far away, I would consider it. I wish they would do a groupon though... ;) read more
