I tend to have cold feet so they made my feet feel LOVELY, especially with this cold weather. Zen bed 8/10: super relaxing, warm bed. Ocean sounds. Heated & weighted eyemask. I almost fell asleep. Coconut scalp massage + 30 minute custom massage 8/10: My masseuse was soft spoken and listened when I asked for a little more pressure. She even recommend that I try a deep tissue massage next time. The spa is on the second level and as you are going up the stairs you can hear slow, relaxing music playing. I love that the setting for this spa is in a house because it makes it feel much more homey and relaxing. The "trendy" spas seem too busy with people rushing around and I can't fully relax. The atmosphere here is very calm and soothing and definitely made my massage more enjoyable. Roseanne was my masseuse and she was very friendly. While I was filling out the initial visit form, she introduced herself and offered me a cup of water. She took me to the room and we talked about what areas I would like her to focus on and then she stepped out so I could get undressed. The next hour was completely wonderful and relaxing. Roseanne concentrated on my upper back and lightly touched upon other areas, just as I requested. After the hour was over, Roseanne left the room and I got dressed and met her back in the main waiting room where she gave me another cup of water. The private room was very calming and relaxing while having my facial and I felt very relaxed when I left. Negatives: the facial itself didn't yield any results for me. I had a hydrafacial, with my main areas of concern being hydration and to help with the signs of aging. Unfortunately neither occurred. My face was smoother and brighter for maybe 2 days afterwards but it was also very tight and dry. The fine lines around my eyes and mouth were more pronounced and noticeable than they were before. I did see a temporary reduction in blackheads around my nose, but less than a week later, my skin was back to being dry, dull and flaky like it was before. UPDATE: Two weeks later and my skin is breaking out like crazy and peeling in some places. I have texture where I didn't have it before. It looks worse than before I went. I'm disappointed that I didn't see any positive results and angry because of the breakouts and other adverse side effects. I will NOT go back again.

I told her I didn't like it, color was too dark and striped, she told me to go home and wash it a couple of times and let her know if I still didn't like it then she would fix it. I did as she said, still didn't like it so called. Had to call twice just to get her on the phone then she says she can't fix it for two and a half weeks. She raises her voice at me and says she doesn't know what to do to fix it. She's been the only person coloring my hair for quite a while. I ask her then if she can't fix it can the manager fix it. The manager asks me to text her photos of my hair. I do, then the manager doesn't call me but texts me that my hair is too damaged for her to fix. Again her stylist is the only person that has touched it. They can't be bothered to fix it . She doesn't offer me a refund or anything. I spent almost $300 for damaged hair that I have to then pay someone else to fix. I call to speak to the manager but she is too busy to call me. I don't hear from her at all until I post a photo of my hair online. Then she sends me a ton of text messages berating me and saying I was rude to the stylist (no I wasn't) and to some random other manager which I only know of the one manager so obviously a lie and tells me I am forbidden to come back to the salon. I wouldn't go back there if you paid me. I can f up my own hair for way less than what they charge. I asked her to stop texting me. She texted me again. The behavior is very immature and unprofessional.
